The best way is to keep your head still and your eyes level, then making sure you learn where your stumps are in relation to your stance. If your set up is the same every time you are going to be able to judge line and length much better. Theres a video on my channel about set up but watch even in this video how still the batters head is before the shot

I’d recommend doing a trigger as you face faster bowling because it helps you get into a good position to play the ball
