- Hello & welcome to another Airbnb tour! My partner and I have been staying at various long term Airbnbs in New Zealand over the last few months and this is our first one on the South Island. We're in a detached unit on an equestrian farm just outside of Christchurch. Thank you for watching!

We are the hosts and we have the new handle for the oven on order.
I love the video.
Thanks for being a great host, Tony!! 🍻
Thanks for the post
Thank you for watching!
i think you can be a good real estate agent , the way you introduce the place makes us the watchers feel comfortable with the place and buy it immediately or rent it out .
give it a try and take a course of real estate agents and get the license and then GOOD LUCK 😂 .
maybe we will be your future clients , nobody knows 😂 .
Haha thank you!! It was really fun to film this one 😁
indeed it was 🏠
Feels like Christchurch is winning you over 😂❤
It is indeed! I love that it's nice and flat but you can drive to the mountains for hiking within 2 hours. Plus it's affordable 😀
@@brittanymorgan09 For sure! Bigger newer cheaper houses… flat drives, and a less tropical climate make it easy to live in. Super for ski holidays too if you don’t mind the drive!
That's an awesome deal for 28 days! Looks so lovely!
It's been such a perfect long stay here! We wish we could stay much longer for the price!
What work do you do, you are always travelling
I worked in commercial security and fire for about 6 years and saved up about $145,000. From that, I invested in ETF funds, bought two condos in Calgary and set some aside for travel. I ended up selling one of the condos I bought and have been using that money to support myself for the past 7 months while working at craft breweries (as I don't work full time there). I worked at a craft brewery in Auckland for 3 months and made about $3500 NZD and that is supporting my travel this month and next on top of previous savings. I also make $500/mo from renting out my condo in Calgary. I do monthly net worth update videos each month that cover my investment accounts and income breakdown.
you have an investors mindset which is very good . my advice to you is invest in some good stocks in NZ too so you make profits on your initial investments , choose stocks that has ups & downs by monitoring its movements .
i do this in Dubai UAE and gain profits on my investments .
Good Luck
@@ahmadalqiwani4467 thank you for the tip! I have a KiwiSaver account in NZ where my previous employer matched my contributions and it's invested in a growth fund so I will be putting more into that once I start working again 👍
