There's a whole bigger lucrative world outside the UA-cam wannabe Agency and wannabe start-up bubble of UA-cam. There are B2B companies from manufacturing to service outside the UA-cam bubble - he who dares wins. However, thanks for offering a start-up AI Agency website; I don't need it.

Hi Helena, you are on a very high level of concept. What I mean is, the dangerous is an overload from idea site. The realization could be quite difficult ( see SAP -> you need developers why SAP standard is not godd enough for the customer). e.g. if you need one chat bot , you dont want hallitiunations, - this means you need a very good training! This costs time and needs eperience. From project leader position I like to say " keep it simple". This woman is full of it, in every single video. Outrageous fortunes are done by people who have outrageous and extremely unique advantages, personality and luck. These tools are now available to anyone. If you and only you had these tools 20 years ago, I agree, you could have made 100 millions then, but not easily.

If the only way to contact you is via a bot, then you won't have me as a customer. Chatbots suck. The only thing AI is good for at the moment is writing blogs and posts for websites. For most other stuff, AI is expert at giving the wrong information. No wonder people get so much email spam if spammers are scraping the internet looking for email addresses attached to Linkedin profiles etc. I am all for atomizations but do you really want to be known as someone who only gets leads by using AI spam generators!

Customer walks around for a salesperson, a sales chat bot voices up, Hi can I help you? Customer walks out.

I replied to him like that because he is thinking in a very simple way and can't imagine different senarios such as how the AI can free up more time for the front desk person by taking care of repeated task such as answering chats online and taking phone calls which in turn the front desk person can be available to take customers that walks in. She didn't say that the AI will "replace" the front desk person but how it can automate the tasks making life easier and be more efficient which can lead to cutting down overheads in running a business.
