@@WalnutandSteel I cut a slot in the weed wacker line near one end but not all the way to the end then I put the patch in the hole in the weed wacker line . Because the slot (hole) in the line does not go all the way to the end of the line it holds the patch in place
Thanks for sharing the kit, Nibs great job. I've used one for years with great results. Have had a few air rifles which were ridiculously packed with black grease, I had too use almost 20 patches to get them clean LOL
@@WalnutandSteel Not yet! running low on Ballistol. I think I'm going to give something with a more lubricant property a try! How is Professor Pew product on lubrication and O-ring care?
@@WalnutandSteelif you have a bunch of o-rings id measure 1-2 and just throw them in a puddle of it for a week and see if it did anything to it to make sure! Would make a very interesting video actually I might do something like it eventually to compare all of my oils and see if the bad rep oils (solvents) are really that bad haha
Kit did a good job & Professor Pew works well. Nice compact kit for a backpack or range bag. Thanks for the info. 👍🙏
Love that kit. Been using it for a couple of years

I have not tried it as a lubricant for the airgun seals but it is fantastic as a cleaner

Any clue if the Professor pew is rubber safe or not?
