It would be cool if you would throw in a quick snap of setup sheet and maybe a brief description of the track conditions, what tires you chose and why, and maybe tips for certain sections of the layout that were tricky! Just a thought. Or maybe just need to start a podcast lol
and why your at it, adam could ya box up that mugen and mail it to me priority overnite, throw in your set up sheets also, some tires, fuel, servos---- i want the signature ones only, and if you have the time and your not needing any a main winning losi cars on the shelf send one of those also, thats about it. thanks. by any chance if theres a home edition a-main wifey calender in the works ah hell throw that in to. shes a pretty women. that itll do it.
It's just so cool, the new mbx8t. My dad, who was a mega crazy mugen fan, unfortunately didn't have to drive the new mbx8t. When he unfortunately, passed away at death, 14 days ago. he turned 74 and drove right to the last. He had the mbx7t and the new mbx8 buggy which is super cool to drive. adam drake give it max gas the next time you go to one of the big races.👍
I see this and it reminds me that it takes years of practice and experience to drive smooth laps over and over again. Also seeing that even though you have the years of experience you still get out to practice on a track for hours each week to try different things out and honing those mad skills. I have only been racing club since April of this year, the hardest thing to remember is to drive smooth, hit the lines, don't wreck and eventually, the lap times will come down. All but a few of the competitors are crashing every few laps, so if I drive smoothly and can likely podium. Anyway, thanks for the videos and inspiration. Go Team Mugen Seiki!!! Also, I like BB RC's comment about the setup sheet and a description.
Adam, Update since I purchased your engine last year. That engine is just a frikin monster, awesome engine (the combo). On its 4th gallon and still has pinch. Love it, won Amain this sunday big race in my area 💪💪
@@AdamDrake nah...thank you Adam! yes i do know how adam drake can shave some time off his laps ?! he can ask the track director to demand all hot bodies lapped traffic to move over from adams race line so he can proceed to the winners podium. now that those dirty air hotbodies cars are out of the way, adam has some clean air. excuse me, excuse me, im trying to get to the center podium.
You sure have that truck DIALED-IN. Super smoooth!!
Thank you!

Thank you!
I think I need to upgrade.. and start racing again!!
Let's do it! :)
How would you compare a buggy with a buggy in terms of wear of the drive train?
Compare a buggy with a buggy or truggy? Very similar, but maybe slightly more wear with truggy because it can be driven a bit harder.
@@AdamDrake thanks for the info. You are a very helpful person, I wish you good luck for the next races :)
@@cmx2828 Anytime!
Can you do a video on tire selection? How to etc?
Great idea, I'll add it to my video list.
Doesn't Mugen also make electric RCs
Yes, we have an electric 1/8th buggy, 1/8th truck, and 1/10th touring car.
That's a much better hobby. No drugs.
Yes, R/C is amazing!
👍
Thanks!

Is it just me or does that engine sound a little lean?
Yes, it's a bit on the lean side.
You know how Adam could shave 1-2 seconds per lap there?!...... run an HB D817-T ;)
MBX8T is the current ROAR 1/8th National Champion. :)
