A clever idea with the rubber hose connecting shafts, I thought it would need welding or some other difficult solution, but it turns out you can get away without special tools. Speaking of which, can the impeller be made of plastic and glued fins? I have neither a welding machine nor soldering iron. I guess wood would work too.

Идея хорошая. Я бы на твоём месте развернул на 90' ДВС-ом вверх и, погрузил насосную часть под воду а всю конструкцию закрепил на поплавке. Не надо мучиться заливать, исключено опустошение полости насоса и насос всегда будет плавать на одинаковом уровне. Красота

Vietnamese PVC pipe is grey and the glue comes in a tube. Here in the U.S. PVC pipe is white and the glue is in a can.

Bien, pero si en lugar de moverlo con un motor eléctrico este se va a mojar, o si se "estrangula" o "castiga" la descarga, también hará contra presión y eso hará que salga el agua bajo presión por el lado del rodamiento (balero), faltó ahí instalar o incluir un sello mecánico o por lo menos un retén.

Nice build but why use ordinary steel for the shaft and impeller? Why not stainless steel? This will rust in no time.
Another concern is the lack of seal between the water and bearing. Water will get in shortly and it will fail very very fast.
