How-to cook Pan Fried Italian Sausages with Onions

Been making my sausages like this for 10 years, only thing I do different is I put the sausages in the oven for about 20 mins before they pop and then cook them in the pan with the onions and a small piece of butter to baste them with. Great recipe 😊

I do mine with some green peppers and onion, some salt, pepper, then I put that shit in a good Italian roll, you can sprinkle some shredded mozzarella and that’s it. Try without the mustard first. Enjoy that flavor.. mmm, MM!
