    Some great ideas here! In my case I start my day with meat and eggs. Lunch at mid day and dinner after work and a bath. Could care less about calories. As you stated, diet first then exercise. Healthy people want to move!

      Great comment! Yes, starting your day with a high protein meal is a great way to decrease hunger for the rest of the day and to get good nutrients in early.
