The new recordings are closer to the stage show though. The 1983 recording had a lot of cuts in the songs and were recorded way faster than done on stage.
I made it myself. I took the Vienna cast recording, filtered the vocals, cleaned the instrumental file, reduced the nouce, replaced some parts that didn't sound good. And this turned out. I'm surprised it worked that well.
@@chrissi2810 When I first saw this I wondered a little why you used a photo of Andrea when it's Dominik singing in the CD... but then I listened and realised! 😂 Impressive job.
@@afkgamer4474 So many different tools. First of all, there is different voice removing software online, e.g. lalal.ai, vocalremover and x-minus, some of them are for free, others aren't. Each of them is giving different results with each audio. Editing is then done with Adobe Audition and Audacity. There really isn't one way to do it, it needs a lot of trying and seeing if it works. It's more or less a coincidence that it worked that well with the Tugger track from the Vienna album.

The recordings of 1983 do have more charisma in my opinion... everything sounds so clean and perfect here.. but its a nice recording though.. :)
