@TheKek I didn't really play much where I would slam the joy cons, it was like a combined 400-500 hours of BotW and XC2 that gave me drift and even in BotW I mostly just liked exploring. I did play other games however I was only playing those two when it became noticeable and this was like months after playing anything else. I think for me personally it's just the hours really stacked up when I only uses one pair. You seriously must just've gotten lucky
Actually, yes. In the original, Monado:SPEED would crank your movement speed so high, the game wouldn’t render Shulk’s run animation (I don’t know about the other characters). So you would ACTUALLY START DRIFTING.

I am about over 77 hours of gameplay I have to say that Xenoblade its not only and excellent game, its story its very attractive and makes you explorer more in its world. Its like a Breath of the wild but in the Wii. The remake will hits numbers.
