All these murder and car chase suspects have been let loose from jail with many felony accounts from LA County. How does Gascon have the balls to say he has been putting away criminals with really bad histories of felony SMFH!!! Then he wants to cry about him getting pushed out of his DA position !
CHP and LAPD invented the PIT maneuver and spike strips back in the 90s. They no longer do the PIT due to all of the law suites. This chase involved multiple people, a murder suspect and a loaded weapon in the middle of a densely packed city of 18 million people and by one of the busiest airports in the world. You simply don't have those challenges in Arkansas which is just mostly rural and po dunk.
Imagine installing technology on Police helicopters 🚁 that disable a automobiles engine. 😎 No more dangerous car chases on city streets. What a concept.

Love the aerial on the roof. I put up a huge rotatable one on my new house in 1987, got almost every OTA station in highest quality. And when the changeover to digital happened, the UHF elements is what are used to receive the digital signal. During the 2004 Matt Leinert USC Rose bowl, I did some frame captures that are like 35mm film-good. Each frame was like 7MB. OTA is free and is the best quality. Leinert, the QB scored TD#4 on a 15 yd. pass from his wide receiver! Matt Leinart, 15-yard pass from Mike Williams (Ryan Killeen kick)
I wish California wasn’t so soft on criminals! This could have been stopped so much earlier if police were allowed to use pit maneuver sooner! Police are now so limited to what they can do!
That is literally every state. Infact some pretty conservative cities have banned police chases all together, which I think is just mental. Also, california has the worst prison overcrowding in the country so I wouldnt call them soft on criminals.
When the SUV backed up and the male assailant jumped in the rear driver's seat the front passenger door opened from inside and the woman running in front looked; possibly hoping to get in the front seat. The two woman didn't run towards the police for safety. Earlier in the chase when the suspect vehicle did a U-turn at a very slow rate of speed the officer in the immediate pursuing cruiser should have tried to pin the vehicle against the curb from the driver's side.
Apparently you didn't listen to the commentary. Because he was a murder suspect and possibly armed, they consider it too large of a risk to place an officer in such close proximity to the suspect. It's difficult to judge exactly how the vehicles will end up. Possibly putting the officer in a terrible position, where they are vulnerable to gunfire.
How many times is the news anchor going to MISTAKENLY SAY that those two ladies that ran out as the suspect jumped into the 2nd car ran out of THAT CAR??! They clearly didn’t get out of that car and for all we know that car he got into was obstructed and was trying to get around and away from the area before the suspect reached them. Now that second part is speculation on my part but the first there is NO DOUBT!
Interesting how fast the reporter goes "He is refusing to obey commands" when he literally can't be seen behind the house and we can't hear what the police are saying.
A-Police chase for the over speeding culprits is very dangerous for the public, for the suspect, and even for the police itself. B-The suspect is moving slightly at a higher speed before chased, but when police start chasing, the suspect increases its speed to its maximum capacity, so it becomes more dangerous when under pursuit than none at all C-The suspect, when persuaded, violates traffic rules. The same violation of traffic rules is committed by the police when they follow the suspect with the same extreme speed and the same route. During persuit, there is no difference between suspect and police as long as police are following the suspect, I hope you understand my point of view. D-How many cars are destroyed during a chase. Most suspects car is destroyed that usually belonged to his father, mother or somebody else. Public cars are destroyed. Police cars are damaged or destroyed. E-How much fuel is consumed when the suspect is followed by a lot of police cars and two or more helicopters. F-It is a foolish operation when multiple police cars start violating traffic rules and are wasting a lot of public money to get little results. G-Sometimes, the suspect is injured or killed by accident or by police. Even police officers are injured or killed in accidents or by suspect in this operation. H-A lot of public money, manpower, and time is wasted in such dangerous operations. I-Police persuit is not justified if we analyze the outcome of such dangerous operations. J-I have one suggestion that can reduce 50 % pesuit. When the police stop a suspect, they should park their car in front of the suspects car and not behind the suspects car. In most cases, the suspect runs away when police officers are out of their car and walk towards the suspect for checking. At this stage, they run away, expecting a time delay in police action. K-Secondly, I would suggest Grab the culprit without chasing. Do not run after the culprit. Try to arrest in a stationary position. If driving with high speed, let him go. Just note his car number. L-These dangerous operations must be stopped immediately in the interest of public life and property, please.
I still think they had 3 people in that second car I don’t know how it was possible to jump in and get in the front and open the passenger door in 5 seconds
So this being California he should be out on a no cash bail by Monday at noon? His lawyer will be filing a complaint and a lawsuit against the police for endangering his client during the chase on the following Wednesday at the latest. The victims family will be evicted by the end of the month for excessive noise from the gunshot.

You try being LE and until you are don't judge their decisions. It's easy for you to judge on the couch then what's going on behind the scenes.
@@marciayoung8735 Tell that to the brave LE of Arkansas or Oklahoma who can make decisions in minutes not hours.

That was one crazy chase lmao

They getting better and better each time.amen
The crazier the better i love it
Was a waste of money and police. They had way to may police following this worthless black murderer. One 50cent bullet could have ended this and saved California the thousands they spent.
i love how the girls run thinking they could out run anyone 🐋🐋🐋🐋🐋🐋🐋🐋
ditching them gave the next car a huge leg up with the weight loss
the newscasters become automotive technical experts while stating the obvious!
Those guys are idiots.🤣
Who’s here just to hear the announcers! They are so dramatic, I can’t help but to laugh 😂
What the newscaster's commentary is doing is actually helping the driver very much. The commentator is giving all the details the get-away driver needs to do and you know he is listening and watching himself on this news broadcast.
All these murder and car chase suspects have been let loose from jail with many felony accounts from LA County. How does Gascon have the balls to say he has been putting away criminals with really bad histories of felony SMFH!!! Then he wants to cry about him getting pushed out of his DA position !
australia is ment for criminals. criminals are people too.

Arkansas State Police would have had this guy pitted and stopped within 5 Minutes... They need to take lessons.
Arkansas is a one horse state Compare to Los Angeles😎
@@arthernandez1363 so let him tra that in arkansas have u not seen how they do drivers that wont stop there
5 minutes, you mean 30 seconds!!! Lol
No more dangerous car chases on city streets.
What a concept.
FYI ....SECOND getaway vehicle >>> 2002 Mazda Tribute ...which is essentially a Ford/Mazda fusion of a vehicle....no pun intended... back when Ford and Mazda were partial partners....
"If we follow police, we can probably follow the suspect." Brilliant, just brilliant.
mystery science theater commentary would rock
"probably" 😂😂😭😭😭
He was pissed right?
The quality of those rims are admirable! Replacement wheels like that run about $300
Arrest him why. He's probably already been released. I mean it's obvious this is a stand up guy that was just on his way to work
Love the aerial on the roof.
Aside from being a possible murder suspect, I've counted at least 40 traffic violations.
I have seen dozens of these chases over the past few weeks - IMHO California need to change its pursuit and capture policy!
Understatement......
I say if they run, Aim, and shoot!
to what specifically?
@@paumaximus7572 to anything more effective than this.

Wow what a chase. That’s crazy I caught the last 20 minutes live

I wish California wasn’t so soft on criminals! This could have been stopped so much earlier if police were allowed to use pit maneuver sooner! Police are now so limited to what they can do!
Democrats bro they are the problem
That is literally every state. Infact some pretty conservative cities have banned police chases all together, which I think is just mental.
Also, california has the worst prison overcrowding in the country so I wouldnt call them soft on criminals.
Also at 12:00 they stated why they wre not doing a pit maneuver. The suspect was armed with a rifle so it would be suicidal to get that close.
It’s so cringe listening to these news casters talk about vehicles when they have no clue what they’re talking about.
Why would your second getaway car be a Mazda Tribute??? MISTAKE!!!!
Laws need to get implemented ASAP in CA to stop this nonsense! It’s a health and safety issue! Criminals need consequences! 🤔
Not!! With commie gaven news on !! As calif.governer!!!!!!, Gene calif........m
It's already against the law to drive fast, in cities, and not stop for the police.
It's called reckless driving, and felony evading.
Great air coverage...Thank you
A real live suspected murderer being chased is entertainment these days.
Hey man great videos and over all Filming, talking us through whats happening and perfect job guys.
Doesn't L.A. have a Hot Pursuit Channel yet, feel that could be a thing.
What did you think of that sudden handoff. I didn't see that coming
Probably had practice.
Chase ended about a half a block from my home. Got to watch it live...and them some!
Gitano no mueve nada munito gitanos
This is inconceivable they didn't crash the car using three or four of their police cars
You might as well turn these chases into a reality series. They've been happening more frequently lately.
Dream on they were in the truck.
As opposed to chasing someone on an underground street or in the clouds street.
Interesting how fast the reporter goes "He is refusing to obey commands" when he literally can't be seen behind the house and we can't hear what the police are saying.
He’s seen enough of these to know from the actions of the police, whether the unseen suspect is being compliant.
They're listening to police radio communications real time.
…He’s obviously communicating with someone that’s telling him what they’re saying. You can tell at 1:03:52
A-Police chase for the over speeding culprits is very dangerous for the public, for the suspect, and even for the police itself.
B-The suspect is moving slightly at a higher speed before chased, but when police start chasing, the suspect increases its speed to its maximum capacity, so it becomes more dangerous when under pursuit than none at all
C-The suspect, when persuaded, violates traffic rules.
K-Secondly, I would suggest
Grab the culprit without chasing. Do not run after the culprit. Try to arrest in a stationary position. If driving with high speed, let him go. Just note his car number.
L-These dangerous operations must be stopped immediately in the interest of public life and property, please.
I love this reporters voice ...its so nice and clear , thanks buddy (;
I still think they had 3 people in that second car I don’t know how it was possible to jump in and get in the front and open the passenger door in 5 seconds
The 3rd person probably jumped out when they were changing TV helicopters.
I also thought there were three. The commentator said the driver might have opened the door quick to let those ladies in but idk.
So this being California he should be out on a no cash bail by Monday at noon?
His lawyer will be filing a complaint and a lawsuit against the police for endangering his client during the chase on the following Wednesday at the latest.
The victims family will be evicted by the end of the month for excessive noise from the gunshot.
We're going to wrap this up so You can watch General Hospital.
I almost want to start a chase myself just to show these suspects how to properly escape 😶🌫
I can’t believe I watched the whole thing. When he got into that backup car I lost it 😂 this is good television!
