I've the ROG Azoth extreme. Was so satisfied. I can stop spending money now. As a matter of fact I was pretty much done with the regular Azoth I just changed the switches from time to time but the extreme is pretty much perfect for a pre-build.
@@hwurting Well, to be honest it has no cons except not being hall effect, not saying it's worth but for some that wallet has no limits i doubt they care. In fact, for the regular azoth with NX snow, the only issue was the bloody software not being configurable enough and having 0 flex which is already a high standard when combined with superb wireless and insane battery life. It's kind of a bummer really because its so near perfection but they don't want to work on it.
Please do not promote the Azoth. It has immense software issues and after about 6 months of use a nasty double typing bug appears and will never go away. You can change out the switches, play the with pcb and update firmware all you like, it never went away. Not to mention this is ASUS, who are known for not supporting their products long term and being sus af with warranty claims. If you want a gamer keyboard with a good typing feel honestly get the wooting 80he now.
I had a Mr.Suit but sold it since other high end boards i have are just more special and unique to me, like the glacier80, mammoth75, class65, they have unique character and sound just as beautiful. I also tried the wooting60 for gaming and came to similar conclusions as yourself, great video! Keyboards are about preferences and designs that we all can build and enjoy to our own taste.
True. Many people overlooked the other aspects of what makes a good keyboard and just focusing too much on hall effect benefits even tho they are not the one who benefit the most from it

I swapped out my Lekker v1.5s to the Lekker v2 switches (both 60g) on the 60HE+, with the Alumaze, and it sounds and feels A LOT BETTER. Not perfect by any means but its nice. I feel you, I can't use it as I need the F keys and arrow keys pretty much as much as any other key I use on the daily, they must be dedicated, which is why I opted for the Q1 HE initially. Honestly not as reliable as the 60HE+ or as fast/acurate, but nevertheless very nice for daily driving. 60HE+ better for gaming, Q1 HE better for daily stuff. Wootility is still my prefered software over Keychron Launcher. Waiting for the 80HE in 2-4 weeks to arrive for my true endgame.
The only way to make a wooting sound good without the need for a custom plate is swapping the case with a good compatible oring case or with a salvation case and change the switches to good geon raws. In this way you would also have a wooting that actually feels good, with a clean sound and no need for stupid mods, but obviously it would cost a lot

Having a soft typing feel isn't even always a good thing, it's a preference thing. After 6 years of being into customs and trying out all kinds of keyboards, most of the boards I would usually use are stiffer in typing feel.

Case won't affect any performance, go with any csse you like, but me personally the abs pcr is more worth it price wise
