Wow! I was absolutely mind-blown in the most amazing ways by the insights shared (and the great questions that sparked them) in this video!! I became PMP certified exactly a week ago and the knowledge shared here regarding the use of AI and data insights was yet another confirmation that I'm on the right path to create meaningful and sustainable change. I related to the importance of securing permits etc. which can literally derail a project without the proper communication, relationships, expectations and follow-ups in place. Is the Aİ able to dish out all the potential risks and mitigation plans for them plus the possible issues that could be faced during project execution? Can this be used in agile projects or non-waterfall project types?
nPlan (like a lot of the best software tools) is developed for a particular context: in this case construction project management. So it is not suitable for use in agile development. However, tools will emerge for all sectors. And yes, increasingly, they will get better at synthesizing data and identifying risks, and also suggesting mitigation and contingency plans. Note: a 'possible' issue is a risk.
