Having watched duel masters content for a good couple months now, I 110% understand just instantly tapping out if you think you have nothing to stop a 47 step turn 1. The fact that yugioh seems to now be in this otko that can even happen right outta turn one is absurd, and is entirely why I don't want to get back into it even if I have fond childhood memories of the game from... oh god, almost 15 years ago now? Damn.
it's honestly not that bad, 2 of the most meta decks, branded and runick, are both decks with relatively short turns and are more mid-range decks. I play sky strikers and most of the time summon 3 or less times a turn.
@@absolutesoul2860 Sky striker Crew 🙌! It takes us 5 turns to beat our opponent but its ok cause we can make it so it takes that long for out opponents too!
You are just bad at the game and mad that it is no longer like how you remember it as a kid. But spoiler the yugioh you played as a kid wasn't real. While you were having fun in the schoolyard people were probably complaining about crush card virus or dark armed dragon ruining the game. Its inane to see people who haven't put in the least amount of effort to understand a game complain about its supposed issues.

Nah theirs a lot of deck abuse it even before spright, but they stop doing it after start of link era.
