Looks better than the ‘51 I paid $700 for and will more than likely require a complete engine rebuild. Already upgraded all exhaust valves($200) and a starter($114)upper gasket set($20). I suspect it will need a flywheel ring gear, motor rotates freely with electric start but hangs up with hand crank, it did turn free with the hand crank while the starter was off the tractor and I noticed the ring gear was beat up pretty bad and the starter motor was wore to a frazzle. The tires and sheet metal look good on yours. I hope to get mine to run before Christmas and then go from there.
