NORTH SOUTH CHOKE DEFENSE - Simple and Effective

If you've ever been caught by a North & South choke you know how much that sucks...
It's just a horrible choke... and even if the choke is not properly applied, you will still feel miserable because you just can't move.

With the arm in his control over your jaw isn't as tight, so it's easier to turn your head and go to your side killing the choke. Can't be too late thou...

Rolling to your side avoids the choke but puts you right into a chin strap, so still not a good place to be.
