I've been around since it was only your two oldest and have seen your growth. You're a great mother and are strong AF.
I don't think you should be hard on yourself by how you decided to cope at the moment in time. There's no guide or rule book on how to manage life changing events that impact your entire family. You are doing a great job in understanding what works best for you. And you're giving your kids a look into reality and not faking it, this is essential for them going into adulthood.
I'm disappointed in everyone who judged you and left you comments on how to live your life and how to be a mom when they're outsiders looking in. It's a shame everyone feels the need to judge every moment of people's lives they're not apart of.
We all look for a rebound. Glad you realized that you needed time for YOU. ♥️
We all deserve to be happy but don’t prioritize trying to only be sexy and attractive. You have a daughter and you need to show her that self worth especially during heartbreak doesn’t come from appearances only.
Wish you all but happiness this year, people don’t understand how hard it is to pull yourself out of the dark hole after so many years married
Single mama of 4 here 🙋🏻♀️ I understand how you feel, been there done that. I too went through a bad heartbreak/divorce of also 10 yrs. 2022 was the worst for me. I really like the quote you said “why do i be afraid to lose someone when I lost myself”, it hit me so hard. I am still happily single mom for a little over a year and a half and healing. We can do this!
Yea but at least that divorce, alimony, and child support and half his belongings and government help will help you a little.

Same thing happened to me Liz, same last feb, march last year exactly like you. But Im still not able to move on. I still have eating and sleeping disorders. How do you manage kids leaving you and going out with him ?? And coparenting?? Im really not able to handle it and handle the emptiness and my own emotions all at once....Im really proud of you girl... you are my inspiration....seriously I feel like wanting my kids to hate him for cheating me and breaking this family, but cant see kids loving him..😢 I feel like why God does this to perfectly amazing wives like us, to go through this,which we dont deserve at all ...!!!
I did think you should of stayed alone. But you admitting it is very humbling. It’s ok, it happens. Now you know and that’s the best part. You re human and we make mistakes. Single mama of 3 as well. We got this beautiful ❤

I pray the kids are handling this (relatively) well. My heart breaks most for them. My parents were divorced & it was quite hard on me so I always feel extra for sweet kids having to go through the same.
From what it sounds like, a selfish decision impacted you and your kids lives so greatly. I’m truly sorry & I wish you and your babies a great 2024 and beyond.

My therapist told me one time STOP saying “you should have done this or said this” because at that time you thought that was best you didn’t have the resources nor knew what u know now.

It’s probably out of reach I can’t imagine her ceilings but I have noticed this w/ other peoples videos too. It’s crazy, but it really bothers me too. I think people are used to having it like that. It’s hard when you have your own home. I remember having to do everything on your own. Thank God I have an apartment home now where they come and do everything 😅😊

We get so comfortable watching families like yours and then when something traumatic happens we feel the pain…im glad you are finding yourself again and im glad you guys are okay! I hated these little shorts you were doing 🤣 i wanted to see LONG videos! I loved the part about you moving..:your house is beautiful and big but like you said..when youre alone in that mansion lol it must get lonely and scary! Four beautiful young children! I have been praying for the children’s hearts and the adult hearts to heal. The LORD is with you all and I truly believe HE can do many new things in a family. My prayers for you have been sincere and prayed for Eric as well. We can’t judge anyone or be ugly to anyone because after all you both are parents to those ANGELIC children! Sweet sweet children! I’ve been thru two divorces in my life and I can honestly say you’re right everyone copes differently. I still deal with past trauma of my relationships but I’m in EMDR therapy and it’s helping me fully heal. Thank you for sharing things that you don’t even have to. I just hope that your followers can see the same and that they are able to be a friend instead of throwing judgment. Because you deserve the best you and your kiddos.
But yes, please keep showing your exercise and healthy eating tips because my new year is starting off rough too and I need some motivation😊. I have been dealing with some health issues too. so it’s hard to know what I should and should not be eating and also how to work out again. I am just taking it slow.

liz you are a great mom and such a loveable person i was not the biggest fan of your desicions last year cause i felt that just was not the real liz but i knew that most of it was because you tried to numb your pain. i wish for you to find your peace and to see that you dont need another man to be happy supresseed emotions always build up and are not gone so let yourself feel the sadness the anger and whatever comes up take your time to learn about yourself and what makes you happy and cherish every moment with your presious kids dont rush with new relationships cause that also effect your kids. if eric thinks he needs to be with this other woman ( who is not even close as pretty as you by the way shes giving bitchvibes😛)his bad he will learn what he lost time will tell. you are the perfect mom and wife dont let anyone tell you diffrent
