Anyone can sing. Seriously anyone. The voice is a muscle and if you want an awesome singing voice then you simply need to train that muscle. It will help enormously to get a good singing teacher but in the meantime these daily exercises may help. Good Luck. :)
verba: boys here we go..
me, a girl: alto powers aCtivAtED
lol
Haha
don't know if it's intentional or not but i just love how the text seems to be color coordinated with the dress
stunning ! 🙌🏼
of course it it, she's a professional!
I love to sing and have a decent voice, but I have always been extremely weak in that mid-range where the switch happens. It's made me dread singing in front of others, even though I have a nice voice otherwise. I've done these exercises a couple times a week for maybe a couple months and I have noticed a dramatic difference! I can't believe it. For the first time in my life I feel confident singing. Thank you!
Great to hear. Keep up the good work!

I love these exercises and do them often. I would love one like this that has more of a steady rhythm to it(doesn't pause so much and repeat the same one un-equal amounts) Like a daily voice exercise video for mixing head and chest would be tremendous! But more importantly, Your videos are a staple in my life right now, SO THANK YOU GREATLY!!!
I have not done this particular lesson for a while but making the switch is getting a lot more comfortable now as you have taught me to really understand the difference between the chest and head voices. Last July I had no idea what it meant! Now when I do these exercises I really feel the changes. I discovered the video before this one, where you give the tips, so it was a very useful precursor to this video. Off I go to the "singing room" now - don't want to bore you silly, but accept my very grateful thanks "comme d'habitude" (= as usual). Kind regards.
Oh wow! I've always to learn to sing. You have giving so much confidence in myself. I"m so glad to come across your video. You're the best out there. Thank you so much for posting your videos. They have been helpful. I'm a new subscriber!
Thank you for lovely training your voice tips. I will practice daily....
I'm a beginner, this is very helpful. And this is only exercise that I found on YT. Thank you!

I usually watch Jeff Rolka for voice lessons on YT, but i remember stumbling on her on one day . Gotta say not only did this lesson bring me back but so did her dress xD

Jeremy Crichton. Get on the singing practice. This is not a dating site.
Thanks for your videos they have helped improve my voice.Your style of teaching is excellent and your smiles help relieve the tension. Feels like the lesson is in realtime. Thanks again!
Hello Anna. I love this video for the gear changes and switching exercises but have had to give up after a few minutes because of the poor internet connection we have here. However I did want to write again, because I asked a question a while ago about my voice becoming very dry and you rightly said to drink more water. Luckily that does help. But this morning I sang these songs: You Must Love Me, Don't Cry for Me Argentina, I'd be Surprisingly Good for You and If You Loved Me. I put heart and soul into my singing but by the end there were a few breaks and I became a bit croaky. I am hoping you are going to say you still don't think it's a problem because I can't do without singing (more) now. So sorry to bother you with this again, but I guess I am hoping it's just the same kind of thing as before. By the way, I have done OK with the exercises. I have also forgotten to tell you before that I can do the Vibrato now. Before I started using your wonderful videos, I tried to do it, but of course it wasn't right, but when you said that it would "come", I knew it would and it comes naturally in songs now, and where it's needed, I THINK! Thank you as always Anna. Kindest regards to you and Mark.
Great exercises! Thanks a lot!! This has always been a huge struggle for me!
I don't know really where to post this comment Anna. I read somewhere that you said try and sing a range of different types of song (correct me if I'm wrong) which I am doing. My favourite genre is still musical theatre and always will be, but I am pushing myself all the same. I have been practising "The first time ever I saw your face" because of the very slow music. So of course it makes me hold all the notes which I am managing to do. I don't allow myself to stick with the "easy" stuff, as I love a challenge. By the way this video really helps distinguishing between the 2 voices. GREAT GREAT GREAT! Kind regards, comme d'habitude!
Diane Shepherd I know it’s late but i just wanted to say i hope that everything is going well and i encourage you taking up the challenges 💪🏻☺️💙
Really, This exercise very helpful for singing,,,I am doing daily,,,Thanks for upload,

I'm a female low alt/ alt ,sometimes afraid for the high notes especially when I have my allergie problems
Keep at it :)
Hey I just noticed that you run a singing training channel as well and I am really stunned cause I used to watch your singing videos quite a long time ago and I recently switched to your other channel for English lessons but until now I didn't know that you were the same girl who runs both the channels. I love the way you're working as both vocal coach and an English teacher .keep it up! and yes you're cute (:
This actually helped and I wasn’t sure which exercise I needed. I woke up this morning sounding congested and this helped.
Thank you, Anna! I'm enjoying your lessons a lot. Very helpful indeed!

Thank you for the update You Look absolutely gorgeous...

I have quite a strong head voice (in the sense that my higher notes are quite strong and resonant) but I really struggle singing lower notes in my head voice in the exercise. Any tips?
+PinkGymnaticsGirl It may just be that your head voice doesn't go that low. That's not a bad thing, it's just that everyone's voice sits at a different register. Head voice is really for higher range anyway, so as long as you've got power up high then I wouldn't worry! You can use chest voice for the lower notes.
Thanks s much for replying! I feel like these exercises will really help since I find that some notes in the lower/middle part of my register, right where I go into head voice, are a little weak (especially since my higher notes are pretty strong)
dont sing in low note..simple
@@zhaqqqq a person should be able to sing in different ranges.
Glad found this, I've failed most of times when it comes to this.

Thank you so much for this lesson. It's been amazingly helpful to me.
+MollC78 That's great. Really pleased it helped. 😀
Whenever I sing in my lower head voice (example: the first excercise) my voice gets to a point where it automatically switched down to chest voice and it effects me whenever I sing any sort of song and I don’t know where to start
Same I’m 14 and it just messes up the flow of a song I need help
thanks a lot mam😊😊
+Madhubanti Mukherjee You're welcome.

Love this video and use it along with your daily warmups, but have been getting an error trying to play it the last couple of days -- the ads play but the video itself won't start. Maybe it's just me so I'll keep trying! I'm able to watch your other videos though. Thanks for the lessons, they are awesome, I've noticed such an improvement in my voice!!
+kmlawn Thank you for your comment. I'll look into this straight away.

Awesome chest voice lessons.. good job youtube algorithm
Wow ! Thanks
Very blessing 🙏
SHE IS GORGEOUS XX
I love u my couch u r awesome 😍😍😍😍😍😍
Does a deep bite have any effect on one's voice? I sing most of the songs easily but have a lot of difficulty due to tension in my jaws. My voice usually ends up being nasal and ultimately it hurts my nose and throat.
Are you gonna teach on how to get a bit soft yet gentle voice for people with somewhat deep voices?
I will put it on the list :)
😂everyone's commenting about issues with headvoice, but I'm sitting here wondering if I'm properly switching to chest voice. You did a really good tutorial though
U r so good teacher
My chest voice and head voice feels so disconnected because my chest is so low then my head voice/falsetto is way to high compared to to my chest too the point that it's actually difficult to blend them smoothly.
I used to have this problem, it just came with a lot of practice with exercises like these. It was so rewarding when I realized I could finally do it!
Hi Anna excelentes ejercicios🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷❤❤❤
Thank you 😃
Is it just me or does the Spanish language basically prepare you to sing because of it's poetic passionate flowing sound with airiness, plus fast speaking and very clear vowels?
+Whispp_Purr An interesting point. Every language uses different Vocal sounds. And yes, you're right about Spanish!
Idk why but switching from my head and chest voice is always so much easier when I’m singing in Spanish so maybe??
I'm hispanic and my voice still cracks lol
English speakers, Americans in particular, speak very nasal, so it's super easy for them to use their already activated nasal resonators.
Thank you so much
HareKrishna&GodBless❤️🙏
Thank you thank you, you are amazing
+Josue Cardona Thankyou. :-)
Song lyrics to Voices of Spring (aka. Frühlingsstimmen), sung by Christine McIntyre in Micro-Phonies, starring the Three Stooges
The lark rises into the blue,
the mellow wind mildly blowing;
his lovely mild breath revives
and kisses the field, the meadow.
I looked through your playlists and videos but I couldn't find if you have a video on finding my mixed voice. Have you done one? It's my current challenge - I don't know how to mix in M1 to M2, I only know that I have to do so!
I love your videos so much!!! Can you maybe make one on how to get rid of nasal sound when singing
There is a video on here about that. Hit the video tab and search nasality or nasal :)

+رؤوف فوزي Thank you.
Warning! Attractive Distraction! Try to keep your mind, thoughts and eyes on the singing exercises......if possible! Great lesson between Chest and head voice. Thanks
