This made Kull more philosophical in life, whereas Conan has a more practical approach to life (which can be condensed to: It matters not if life is an illusion or if I am, for it is real to me) GREAT story telling, thank you for voicing this on youtube The Cybrarian
@@TheCybrarian a great insight! He has had time to become disillusioned with the trappings of court, power and wealth. It is conceivable that conan would have followed a similar destiny, but REH had no interest in exploring that again
Michael Vaughan (a pulp reviewer on youtube) said Kull was more like REH, but Conan was more how REH wished he was. Conan has a surety but Kull is introspective and has many issues that mirror REH. Poss why some Kull stories were not published in weird tales like the later published ones we're working on now.
Tragically Howard took his own life. I can't help but wonder if he pondered to much reality and other realities such as are posed in this mirror "fantasy" of his?
Our latest remaster brought to you a little later than usual (as we'll be travelling and hope to be back for the premier). Enjoy.x
First class! Exceptionally well read and presented! Thanks!
Thank you so much for making these. You Did a very good job.

totally, Kulls story are usually after he has taken the throne, but Conans stories are usually before, Kull seems to have more time for contemplation

Kull's accent sounds like a bronze age Texan.....I have no words for how awesome that is.
We need more Kull from you!!!
We need to research into how many more stories are even in the public domain (any suggestions or assistance would be helpful)
My favorite Howard story- thanks for presenting it.
Another amazing reading. Keep them coming.
That opening is such a magnificently artful description of depression.
RIP Robert E. Howard. Your birthday draws near.
