Landlords always say tenants are nasty or don't pay rent, this particular landlord has anger issues and is 10x worse in his home. This why tenants also need to make sure not to make themselves too comfortable
The Defendant talks loud, fast and aggressive. He's a hot head and the Plaintiff should thank his lucky stars he doesn't live there anymore. Unsafe for him and his children. When someone has too many rules, they just want to control and dominate.
@@CrystalCylinder069 I’m doing good thanks for asking, sorry for my late writings I Captain a small drilling ship and little bit of cargo. Right here everyone depend on me for their own survival
I’ve seen her do this every once in awhile. Usually the person is almost coming unhinged and think she realizes trying to calm them down is an exercise in futility. She knows her customers, lets them blow off steam then rules against them. Doesn’t happen alot but it does happen. To me, this means she’s done, isn’t even going to bother.

Two Important Points: If the defendant broke the door (on the 15th) - and it currently CANNOT stay closed - how was the plaintiff locked out. Not to mention the video the plaintiff showed as evidence shows a heated argument - but no damage being done to the door. HENCE why Judge Judy states the defense can refile the claim after providing an estimate.... The only reason the plaintiff won was NOT because he was locked out (the defense has evidence that his code was intact and the front door was open), it's because you cannot modify the lease unless all parties sign. The plaintiff never signed.
Your important point is ridiculous and silly. The defendant broke his own door and smugly grinned about it in court. HENCE troll Perry Mason you are incorrect. He doesn't have evidence the code wasn't changed, only that the plaintiff entered and exited the apartment when his roommate was there. CAPS don't make your argument better.
@@markkostka6897 He does have evidence - if the evidence provided by the defendant did not suffice Judge Judy would have REJECTED his counter claim - yet she told him to refile because he didn't have an estimate. although the defendant was very aggressive he did make a valid point at the end because if the door had been broken on the 15th, there is no reason why you would’ve been locked out because it looked like that door is off the hinges
He’s renting a room in the defendant’s house not a house. The defendant lives there himself. If the lease says no overnight visitors, you can be evicted if you have overnight visitors. So yes, the landlord can tell you who you can or cannot have over but it needs to be stated in the lease.
