Awesome job! I picked one up a few days ago and will be doing something very similar. I'm lucky that it's a slightly bigger frame and the engine will clear, even with the stock tank on top. Very nice garage too!
They did not align well with where the foot pegs ended up. Since i am much taller than the intended rider.... I needed a little more leg room than stock.
it was left over from my other mini bike. it was the baja warrior MB200. I converted it to use a TAV2 torque converter, so the jack shaft was just sitting in my parts bin.
@@meglmasonyea thats the hardest part of a build like this. You need to find some sort of a jackshaft. an axel with a bearing housing and a sprocket on it will do the trick. Good luck!
colin sheley, in AZ all motor vehicles have to be registered and have a licence plate, even if they are only driven off road. Dirt bikes, ATVs, everything.

@@BrandonNapier I'm trying to put a predator on my lt50 but the sprockets are no where close to lining up. I'm stumped

HA! Yea its a little rough around the edges, tank and fenders dont fit perfect, but its what I had available, and it still is super fun!
