  • We found a rolling chassis project on craigslist for $45 and just couldn't pass it up. It was missing lots of parts so we did the next best thing and installed a horizontal shaft motor from harbor freight for $100 as well as 30 series torque converter and jackshaft. Entire build came out to around $350 bucks.

    Wish kids were doing more things like this instead of being wrapped up in technology. Cool build guys. Keep it up.

    This video inspired a couple of my projects when i was a bit younger, I’m not old at all but when i was like 14 i found a kids quad and instantly thought of this video and picked it up and rebuilt it all and i have built 4 wheelers out of old lawnmower frames and quad frames that are still chugging along, and now i am about to predator swap a snowmobile .. thanks guys!

    This is awesome. You guys really did a nice job. And those Predators are good engines- I'll bet it's still running well, 4 years later, if you kept the oil changed and didn't beat on it too much.

    • @DanielB4life
      @DanielB4life  4 роки тому

      no, this one didn't. But I asked my dad and he said that they come with with a reverse, but since we didn't get it with the original motor, we couldn't make it reverse.
