    Congrats, you are only the second TG user (trainers included) in over 15 years who has demonstrated the correct posture in using the ab accessory. You can count on 3 fingers the number of videos who instructs the pulling from the abs and the rounded back. Great job.👍👍

      Tbh the ab crunch is kind of fool proof. Hard to get it wrong.

      @@LivingWellTV it has been delivered to my doorstep and I got it set up...and my wife and I love it. We were sweating like heck and we love it so far. We use the dips and press up attachments on it along with the pulley cable works outs. Man!!!! It’s been a while since I got a real sweat in.. and the total gym does it’s job so far. I will almost even say that this is the last home gym equipment that you will ever need. You will get a good burn with this fine piece of equipment. It’s almost midnight and I wanna Jump back on it but I just had a shower lol. For the $299 deal at sams clubs, it’s worth every penny

      @@miguelrobb5719 I was lucky enough to to get my platinum plus brand new off of a rich lady who only used it a couple times for $175. I just don't have the dip bars yet. I've had it since May of this year and I wouldn't have any other piece of equipment over this.

    how many reps for a beginner?

      If you're a complete beginner probably around 6 - 8 and don't go too high on the resistance. Your first few weeks should focus on correct form and technique. Many beginners go to hard in the first few weeks and end up sore as hell!

    Funny, no one says shoulders are built in the kitchen. Why say this with abs? It does take more fat to come off for some than the shoulders. Your metabolism is built in the gym not the kitchen. Diet should almost always be on point anyway.

      Because you are what you eat, and most of the foods are prepared in the kitchen. Regardless of what exercises you do or how hard you do them, you won't get the result if you don't have a balance diet.
