No they will not refund anything because all the other guy has to say is that he disconnected and could not find the buyer when he got back on. If he had taken the mats and then logged off then maybe there would be action but this type of scam is so old school it is not funny.

"Exploiting other players is an equally serious offense. Scamming, account sharing, win-trading, and anything else that may degrade the gaming experience for other players will receive harsh penalties."
Because the scammer used the AH to facilitate the scam it is Blizzard's responsibility to rectify the scam.
The scammer agreed to provide the item if Swifty provided the "remaining" materials which were being sold by the scammer on the AH. Scammer never delivers agreed upon item despite benefiting from the AH transaction.
And since Swifty has the VOD and the screen shots he has a "receipt" of the agreed transaction.
Since the seller used the AH to scam him it falls under abusing the game mechanics.

Yea warriors (especially fury) can handle warlocks unless they are SL voidwalker spec in which case you should not even bother attacking them.

Wow 9 gold for 1 enchanting leather on my server they go like 3g each and I got a stack of 15 for 55 silver on a bid I think someone misclicked the auction created it by mistake
nah, the dude who told him to get the enchanting leathers on AH, was the seller of those leathers.
l-i-h The guy who told him he needed the mats to make the reaper was the guy who put the enchanted leather on the auction house.
Scenario: Me: *puts 5 enchanted leather on auction house for more gold than it’s worth*
Me: “Hey man, I’ll make you the axe for free but I just need 5 enchanted leathers to make it”
You: “No way?! I’ll go buy them right now for you! I’m so excited!!”
Me: *makes 45 gold* “Thanks man, I appreciate your donation!” *runs away and logs onto main account*
