I'm confused - the best rated heater in this lineup, the EcoSmart 36, the cons say "More than two destinations provides little hot water." Isn't the 36 robust enough to handle hot water to more than two destinations? (2 showers and a faucet for example). And if the copper tubing overheats and burns the unit, isn't that a really really bad thing?

@@rogsolaris7411 I was a newbie too when I made the mistake of installing an ECO SMART 27 in my home in Asheville. Cost: over $1500. In less than 3 years it died a violent death. It gave us plenty hot water, but it started heating up and hammering the pipes even when it was not in use. I wouldn't touch an ECO STUPID with a 100-foot pole.
