So far on the PS4 slim. I'm having no problems. I just got the update today. In a hotel room with slow internet. Download a couple games had no problems playing it. And all my game updates worked perfectly fine. Maybe it's the older consoles. That's the only thing I can figure out. The PS4 slim is a trooper. That's the only one I will own. Forget about the pro. Too many problems.
Can you go over the error code SU-30677-3, many people got effected by it including me, and there's not a lot of info on what it is, It completely block the ability to update the console, and even after a total reinstall for the ps4 me and many others now have a junk ps4, unless Sony or someone address this problem.
*What is going on with these random error codes or messages, my ps4 is going ok great, no problem at all and haven't received any what so ever any error code messages, but sometimes in number of past months I have did received an error beeping sound because the ps4 is trying to rebuild the database.*

10.0 broke a bunch of my digial licenses and the restore license feature is broken. Spent some time with customer support and couldn’t fix it. COD BO III, Batman Arkham, and Metro Exodus are three examples for me. I have all the DLC for the COD game, but the only one showing up is The Awakening DLC, even though they all show up as purchased in the store and thusly aren’t downloadable unless I uninstall them and start over. Alien Isolation was one that I deleted and re-installed in an effort to see if I could fix it and restore the DLC without issue, to which I did…. but I’m hoping I don’t have to do that with the other games I’m experiencing issues with. One thing I’ve noticed is that the games I’m having issues with, is that they’re installed on an external drive and they’re digital purchases as well. Is anyone else having any problems?
Yeah my friend also has this problem. He has the dlc on civilization 6 and yet the game thinks he doesn't have it. He reinstalled the game and then it won't even let him download the dlc but it says he owns it

Knowing how long I had my ps4 slim I never had any problems, you probably had done something to your console to make it get an Error which you shouldn't be touching, or Knowing well your other games are getting updates you should wait tell they get done then update your console.
