This reminds me of a very similar Nick game that I had as a kid; it was called "Toon Twister 3-D". The only difference I see was that there were more characters and backgrounds from their most popular cartoons, at the time.
This game was made just after they cancelled all three of the shows featured there, and were reviving "Rugrats" and just started "Hey Arnold." During the late 90s, the Rugrats ruled the network until SpongeBob swiped the crown from them and became the Grand High Nicktoon.
Omg this is one hell of a nostalgia trip for me. I loved this and the original 3D movie maker. I mean it is rubbish, I know it was rubbish, but it was so much fun, really easy to us aswell once you got the hang of it.

I had this on a disc for my Windows XP in 2004. I used to make videos where Filburt and Rocko were a couple doing naughty things with random commercial breaks in between. It was like a parody of Skinemax almost (I saw that back in 2002 or 3 and got traumatized.) A good 3DMM video maker is Zak Wolf.
This was a lot of fun, but they really could've used some more characters (like Mr. Horse or the Bigheads). I remember how by 2000 all three of the Nicktoons featured in the game were no longer airing on Nickelodeon! So that made playing it by that time a little silly. But of course now thanks to NickRewind, the game can be fun again!
Peter, when you install an OS using VMware, you need to look for "Install VMware Tools" in the menu above the Virtual Machine, then you can get sound, fast video, and INTERNET working on NT based Windows versions as far back as Windows NT Workstation 3. That's far back. I hope that helped. Also that makes the glorious combo of Windows XP and 1080p.
