- This Nickelodeon game holds an awful lot of nostalgia for me. Strange as it can be, I always enjoy making movies with the characters. It's really intriguing and worth checking out.

I think the purpose for Cosmo and Wanda's faces was to put them onto props. In the TV series they also used to transform themselves into objects or animals to disguise themselves.

Crazy how I ALSO got this game from a school book fair! From what I remember, I had a lot of fun with it, even if the limited dialogue and controls were creatively stifling. Still, if one got a hang of the mechanics and utilized the microphone option to its full potential, some really entertaining stuff could emerge from this simple game.
Wait a tic...they didn't give Gary fitting audio or a 3d model...but they did for FLUFFY???...

Thank you! And yes I do! It sometimes helps to adjust the display size on your monitor. The games look fine when they play, but the screen is really small whenever I record it so I have to expand the clips in post.
Say how did you run it on a modem computer?

Damn, i'm half surprised that Wayforward developed this, I know they developed a ton of licensed games, but I didn't expect an interactive cartoon maker starring Nickelodeon characters with Scholastic publishing to be a part of their history.
Imagine if they made a modern version of this game

I love the bit of Jimmy just chanting random lines at the alien, only to fire and for it to do nothing, and then the alien presumably kills him.
I think the issue for Jimmy was that he referenced Nighty Nightmare, that clearly messes with precision and accuracy.

I swear the Rugrats look so nightmarish in video games. They look so adorable in the show, but in 3D, they just don't translate well. Even in the modern Nickelodeon crossover games, they look bad. I think the only game where they look somewhat okayish is in Nickelodeon Extreme Tennis. They did an okay job with Angelica & Susie's character models in that game.

Actually, Cosmo/Wandas faces are a clever addition. That way you can stock them on props. Since they can shape shift.
