Im doing freezer meals today as well. My son is a school principal. When school starts back every year I make enough dinner meals and grab and go breakfast to get them by for the first 2 weeks. It’s a lot of hard work for me but they are so appreciative and I feel good about helping them through the chaos. Cooking for others is my love language.
@neldasorrells9214. I'm with you on the love language, cooking is definitely my love language, as well! It just shows love for so many occasions and reasons! A "congratulations", a "get well", a "don't be sad", a "surprise" favorite meal, a "grandchild is coming", any "event", a "welcome", a "new house, a "new baby"....oh my goodness! The list is never ending!!! I just love to make something YUMMY for someone for ANY reason!!! It just makes life so delicious!!! :D
I think that often as well!! Boy, she is such a support and blessing to the family, it’s impressive and I hope they know what they’ve got..a treasure of a woman.
Ranee I love watching you cook. Wish you could make me some of your yeast rolls they are beautiful. Haven't had any since I was 16 and I'm 71 right now.
I just found you and a blessing to our homestead who is now a huge family as well. Thank you for sharing amazing ideas for a family of 7. Some of us have restrictions but the rest can eat these meals.
I have that shirt!!! In fact - I have several in different colors. It's part of keeping life simple - no deciding what to wear - I just grab the next shirt in the drawer. I work from home so no big wardrobe needed!
I put the sheet pan in the oven and use the large Pyrex glass measuring bowl with a pouring spout/filled with egg mixture --- pour the egg mixture while the sheet pan is in the oven. I was holding my breath while you were putting that sheet pan of egg mixture in the oven. Good job!!
This looks so good. I think on my egg muffins I will put Canadian bacon. I love hashbrown casserole. I just found you. So now I joined your group. God bless everyone ❤➕ ❤
How do you heat your sandwiches? Thaw in fridge over night? Or from frozen, how long in microwave and do you remove wrapper at any point during reheat?
Absolutely love your videos. You remind me of my grandma when she used to spend time doing meal prep. She passed in 2010 but this brings back really fond memories
Just found your channel and subscribed. I watched the big batch breakfast freezer meals. Was wondering how long you microwave the breakfast sandwiches for? Thanks
I made the hash brown casserole recently and everyone loved it. I lightly toast my english muffins in the oven before I put the egg sandwiches together. Great tip cooking the sausage in the oven. Thanks
First time I watched you I really enjoyed it just a note if you save your English muffin wrappers and put them back in the rappers they're easy to store😊
Yummy 😋 Omgoodness love your 30 qt stainless bowl, mine is old like a 15 to 20 qt, I had no idea they made them that big 😳 I'm going to add a wish list It's nice to watch you be efficient, clean & go go go Thank you 😊
Hi Renea!! Girl!! You are awesome in the kitchen!! I pray that God will keep on richly blessing you kiddo!! You are amazing, all this breakfast food and it looks soooo good!! ❤️❤️
Hi Renea and John! I’m running behind today with watching videos, but I’m here. Yum, the grand babies will be eating good. Everything looks delicious. Have a blessed night!
All looks so delicious!! I would have made a mess trying to get that pan of eggs in the oven!! Lol! I have to put my pan in the oven and pour the eggs in that way!!! So much easier. Enjoyed this video
Today, I am making my SECOND batch of breakfast sandwiches. I made about 8 of them about two weeks ago...just as trial. THEY WERE AMAZING!!!! SOOOOO, here I am to do a "REAL" batch...well, about 18 of them! I know mine will go too fast, and I am the guilty party!!! I ate one for breakfast...another day, I ate one for lunch...and then when my grand daughter wanted my Mac & cheese for dinner? Well, you know what I did!! I pulled out a breakfast sandwich and ate it!!!! I just couldn't help myself! They are really just that good!!!! Thanks so much for sharing you recipes! Love ya tons!!! ~Kelly (Colorado)
This is so nice of you to do for your family. I think this is something I will do when my kids are out on their own in a few years. I’m sure it helps them so much 💞
Yesterday, I made your Big Batch Brownies and they are de--Licious! Thanks so much! I'm freezing the brownies so I can just get one when I want one, without having to bake a batch.
A lovely day in the kitchen with you. I just placed my order for pick up and I’m going to make some of these for my daughter and her husband for easier mornings for them. Just love your channel.
I love the idea of freezer meals for breakfast or lunch or dinner. My problem is it seems to take up so much room that I’m trying to figure out how to make it work without having another freezer. I get concerned about everything in the freezer in the event of power, loss, storms, etc. I try to stick to doing everything in canning or dehydrating. I don’t have a freeze dryer as that is pretty expensive for us. I need to come up with breakfast meals in a jar. 😂 I love watching you! From northern Indiana here and often in your neck of the woods.
Those breakfast sandwiches look so amazing and so yummmy👍I just love all your recipes 🤗you’re such an amazing and beautiful person 🥰God bless you Renea and your beautiful family🥰🙏🏽🙏🏽
I want to thank you for all you do. I love to watch you cook. You are amazing for all do to help your children. Can you do a video on meatballs. All of the breakfast are awesome. I will be trying to make some of them. God Bless you and your family. Have a great day.
😂 I was holding my breath with those eggs 😂 those hashbrowns I remember my mom using the roaster at camp grounds the smell was so worth the wait loo😂I didn't know we can freeze them uncooked or even cooked 😊 thank you so much....we both work 40 to 50 hrs and raising 2 boys ( I am not as young as before with our other 4 boys ) so I need shortcuts and freezer meals 😊
I just stumbled onto your channel, and after watching this one video, I subscribed. Gosh, you must have a LOT of freezer space! Just an FYI, hubby and I lived in Traverse City for about 18 years, then moved here to Indiana. I would give just about anything to be back in TC. Gosh, I miss northern Michigan! Do live anywhere near TC?
It’s so funny watching you, knowing you live near me. Next to Matt, a guy I’ve known since he was a wee one. His Mom and I were close friends when our boys were growing up.
Just "tuned" into your channel and love it so far...please keep them coming! I only have a quick question and quick suggestion....firstly....how long does the sheet pan sausage cook for and at what temp?....didn't catch it in the vid (and it's an experienced set of steps) and the only suggestion I might have is....the egg shells and any coffee grounds you might have can give additional nutrients to any garden you might have (doubled my little patio garden output) when I added it to my soil/water. Pretty sure you probably know that...but others might not.
Hi Renea, I'm loving your videos , keep them coming. I also buy the hashbrowns from Sam's and was wondering if you know how much of the dehydrated potatoes you would use to make the 32 oz called for in the recipe. It's just my husband and myself and I don't want to make a whole container. Thanks for all the great recipes.
I make the same thing, BUT try using tater tots once. Put them in the fridge overnight then squish when thawed. Use the same amount you would with HB! I absolutely LOVE your stove (jealous)
Hi Renea, Just make sure the cutter is not inside the centre core of the roll. If you shake it you will hear it rattle. The last catering roll I purchased had the cutter stored this way and you had to fit the cutter after opening the box.
Never thought of cooking sausage that way. Great idea for camping breakfast. Only I'll wrap in foil to go on grill. My grandkids love those sandwiches when we are camping. This would be so much easier and not so much mess. THANK YOU THANK YOU.
Renae you must be reading my mind I was just on Amazon looking for new sheet pans and then you said the size. We are hoping to get up there in the next couple weeks if you will be home Tom has a side job this weekend so beautiful for everything
I love this video. I never thought of making eggs like that in the oven. Even though I make frittatas all the time. Is it hard in Michigan to get your kitchen certified?
Hi Renea!!! I liked everything you made today. I'm going to try and make these and put some in my freezer. Just looked so...very delish... YUMS!!! You are the greatest cook!!! Great Video!!!...🦋
I really enjoyed your video. I do want to make those breakfast sandwiches. I'll have to buy a few things. I don't eat hash brown casserole for breakfast. I also like onion in mine and a crunchy topping. Thumbs up. Very enjoyable. Grandma Sue in central Indiana
For your market selling food , a separate kitchen must be certified in order to sell food made at home. Is a price, I would not buy if not certified kitchen. Even though you cook well. Some don’t. Would be nice to do too, but too much expense to set up a separate kitchen. Love cooking n baking also for many many years. Canada I live.
Hi Hun from Georgia and hi everyone! You really showed me some good things today. I will be trying all of them. I can't wait to start my first garden next year. I am 62 and disabled so this is going to be good for me I am so excited! I heard you say walking Egyptian onions? I have never heard of those and where do you get them? Where did you purchase your freeze dryer from if you don't mind me asking? I just found you today what a blessing I watch several different people doing this but nothing like what you showed today. I am going to learn to can to. Wish me luck and God bless I will be watching and will go and look at your other videos. Thank you
Fyi,when you roll burritos its best if the tortilla is warm and to seal it use a little water on your finger or milk and it will seal.good luck, other wise i loved your video.excellent...❤😂❤😂❤
I love your channel... I happened upon it and im glad! Can you olease tell me heating instructions for sammies n burritos? Please n thank you so much!!!

Yes it does! My kids and grandkids always tell their friends that are coming
over, “My mom/gramma will try making you eat when you get here!”. 🤣🤣❤️❤️
I’m exhausted after watching you cooking all day! You are THE best mom and Nana to make all these beautiful meals for your daughter and her family!
I think that often as well!! Boy, she is such a support and blessing to the family, it’s impressive and I hope they know what they’ve got..a treasure of a woman.
I'm going to be making some of these ideas for my grandchildren and I just want to Thank you for keeping it real❤ You are the Best ❣️

I like you tell the approximate cooking time and cooking temperature. I hate when you watch and they don't tell one or the other. I enjoy your show
So glad I discovered your channel, I have been binge watching you most of the day while I’ve been canning.

Yes...I love my half gallon batter bowl with a lid. I find I use it more than my bowls. I'm looking for a gallon sized one.
You remind me of my aunt… thank you for sharing your creative and easy to follow recipes
This looks so good. I think on my egg muffins I will put Canadian bacon. I love hashbrown casserole. I just found you. So now I joined your group. God bless everyone ❤➕ ❤

The plastic food wrap you use is called cling film here in Ireland.
