Very nice apartment. I prefer type 1 for the bathroom, but for the balcony I prefer type 2. All of the types are great.

The layout of the second was too weird. Why would you have your bathroom sink separated from the toilet and bath room?

David Perryman And there's already the kitchen sink just a few steps back, so that "bathroom" sink became totally unnecessary/weird.
