Hi guys! Hope you enjoyed today’s video, hopefully if the weather permits we can get the muck spreading and drilling done
Hi Olly love the videos keep up the good work , well done for getting back on the land it's so wet here we need to start ploughing but its so wet !
Olly’s Farm I have a 6195r JohnDeere with star fire 6000
Love the vids
How are ye getting good weather olly us suckler farmers over here in ireland are swimming with water
how did u get dry land for me literally everywhere I go in England it's full of water
Awesome video Olly ! Definitely one of my favourite videos of yours .
That implement does a great job. Thanks for taking the time.
Nice video Olly! Get it all done before the rain! 🐂🚜
I’m from America, I don’t really see those types of cultivators around here but it is cool to see what it’s like in the Uk
Quite breezy and wet here in Essex, seems like every weekend a storm ⛈ visits UK. Maybe take up rice farming 😂
Modern day agricultural technology. Fascinating 🤩
all these new gadgets are cool . Never had them when I worked farms . We were lucky to have a roll bar and a top . Mostly open cab stuff levers and such . Did a lot of stuff from Horse farms mowing etc to planting Tobacco as well as doing corn to feed the cattle with .
Cool video. Love the videos where you are doing field work. Make more videos on the field work
Great video mate as always 👍
That is brilliant tech work there!
Nice shed
That cultivator does a nice job
Another fantastic video from a fantastic farmer👌
I recreated your farm in fs19 - had to get loads of mods but its pretty cool living the life of olly the farmer. Was just cultivating with my pottinger and 6155r too!
I got to try my uncle 6155r yesterday ploughIng and what a machine your a lucky lad olly
Hi olly really impressed with your videos! We are wondering when you are starting doing your farm tours ? Can’t wait for them!
Don't know about you but last weekend (23 Feb) here in Hampshire we have just hit 600mm of rain since 01 Sep!! Which for us soft Southerners is A LOT!
Video is making me itch now to start field prep to wet in wales atm but.have similar setup to you with a 155r but a simba xpress
@@NicksFarm yeah all kit is ready to roll and its horrible watching it sit there
Hi Olly I would love to see more videos and longer ones thanks
Really enjoyed this video man! Like how u explained the Auto Steer! 💯 Got yourself a new subscriber!🤘 Keep up good job!!👍🚜 Nice John Deere!!💯👍
We have a Flotation modus on our loader so when we take the loader off we don’t need to shut the tractor off and it just follows the ground because there is no more pressure on it
Nice looking clay on the land 😀
I'll be looking forward to seeing the arrival of your cattle
Good morning people
Great video as usual keep up the good work
Its like the movie MONSTER TRUCKS but with an motor instead of creech
Love the channel Olly keep it up!
Great vid as always Olly
Good video Olly 👍🏻
Nice video 👍👍
Your videos are so good olly . Do u think u could make them longer there seem short . Keep up the amazing videos
Love the vids as a small farmer and photographer :)
Tidy job olly 👍🏻
The exhaust tips paint has already burnt off on the 155, I have a JD 6140m with 1500hrs and the exhaust's paint is not even flaking and is still shiny
U should do a cattle tour
Cool idea
Was surprised when you said on a previous video that the pottinger lifted the front of the 69 doesn’t look heavy enough to lift the front
Thanks for information of starfire
impressive hope you enjoyed sking
Can you explain how you can justify to have a front pto fitted for a flail topper and gps for cultivating 2 fields?
Its his money lad
Hey Ollie loving the videos at normal, keep up the good work, I’m also starting a fs19 realistic Roleplay next week hope you might check it out 👍
Jakeotix I will
Cheers lads I will post on Monday and then on Thursday or if I miss Thursday it will just be the next Monday! :)
Ill have a look
I will check it out jakeotix
Thanks all would be great for you to join me on Monday for the first upload, I have already lots of episodes planed trust me :)
Quite an impressive upgrade in tractors in the past few years, 6300 to 6155 😂
Is it worth leaving the front loader on saves faffing around taking on /off the tractor
How long do you typically spend on fieldwork (cultivating, sowing, etc)? 5,6 hours? A day? What
Star fire to the rescue
@@NicksFarm I bet you cant wait
@@NicksFarm I agree lol
And I just subbed to you
What's behind the idea of cultivating in strips and leaving gaps that need to be filled in after?
Hello, it’s so you can turn easier at the headlands
That John deere ❤️
Lucky its dry for ye overhere in ireland were nearly flooded
Hi Olly great video just wondering and I am not a farmer can the Potttinger go deeper than that could it do a full cultivation of that field so that you didn't need anyone else to come and do it for you and if so why do you only just scratch the surface as I have said I am not a farmer if don't ask the you will never know keep up the great work hope you enjoyed your break. S C UK.
Hi oilly
good video olly first
hi olly, good video !
👍
do you want to do more farm work yourself in the future?
or will you continue to hand over a lot to contract workers?
I mean, sowing, plowing, mowing grass, pressing straw ...
Yeah for sure
Hey Olly, I'm just curious how much land did you cultivate in this video and what is the work output of this combo?
It’s different seeing something else than a 6930 in the thumb nails
3.30 consider setting linkage lower speed, no need to be smashing the kit into the ground like that.
Did you think about setting the max lift height lower then you wouldn’t have to wait as long for it to go into the ground
hi. i was wondering if this is your farm? i have been watching all your vids but i always wonder. love ur vids
Olly are you going to be able to keep the John deer or do you have to give it back to the dealership
What if the field isnt perfectly straight or square? How does the gps work in that situation?
banzaiman1 you van set curved lines in the gps system
Does the tractor turn around at the end of a row so basically you don’t have to do anything.
you going to get a front weight or a sumo box so it looks the part
Czesc. Pamietaj zeby przy pracy gruberem synkro blokowac glebokosc pracy. Wtedy maszyna nie bedzie wisiala na podnosniku. Maszyna powinna byc poziomie i to wal tnacy packer powinien utrzymywac glebokosc pracy. Pozdrawiam z Polski.
Cannot believe how dry your ground is,, unbelievable,,, Here in Derbyshire it's absolutely horrible,, standing water everywhere
@@NicksFarm we are getting so far behind with jobs that should have been completed by now,, we are about 2 months behind with muckspreading,, 🚜🚜🚜🚜
Does it turn at the end of the row?
Aideen O'Shaughnessy, most of them don’t. You have to turn off auto steer, make the turn and then line up with your rows ad turn auto steer back on.
S680 combine I was running would turn itself around at the End of the row it's called itec, intelligent equipment control it is about a $3,000 add on to the John Deere GPS system I don't know what monitor he has in there but on the 2630 display it was pretty simple to operate
Lucky u were geting stuck with bike in the fields right now
Are you already planting sugarbeet this early?
You could do with a wait block
What was seed un the field?beets?
Can u upload more once week or more videos as there good
Think I'd go a bit deeper and work at an angle to the spud rows or just plough it as it was. Seen a lot worse!
I had tuna and pasta last night
Would you say that fs17 and fs19 are accurate or not?
Well, yea they are but in FS all things just happen to fast, you just need to put the cultivator down(without) moving and it will still cultivate that piece of land. There is no process in cultivating, the land just changes the texture ,you can't see the process of cultivating or seeding etc..
Do more cattle work
Why did u get a tractor with a front loader but your getting a Telly handler ??
Is this your Dads farm or are you just a worker
Can I ask wot video software UA-cam do you have ?
Hello
How is your land so dry ?? I’m well jel

How’s the weather for everyone
Wet and windy
@@e.cfarmphotography1095 I don't think it's going to be the best year for dry weather
@@e.cfarmphotography1095 I have subscribed to your channel great videos 👍
shit my house is half under water in Hampshire
Still very rainy here in Sweden
anyone else misses six nine?
Do you still have your Ford Focus RS
Olly will you get the jcb agripro on demo
🤫
they dont have hydraulic toplinks in the 21st century? :)
You said you needed a telehandler to clean out the shed but is that not why you have the loader on the crap tractor you don’t need a telehandler
You probably make more of Utube , than you do make farming mate .
stuart robertson 😂
First
Sam Mcdowell Agri videos thats a nice piece of information when your not at all
