might even be that the straw came out of a rotary drum combine, they knock it up more than a conventional one. Additionally, if the straw was short in the first place, doesn't make a good recipe for tight bales, especially when you want to handle them with a spike or tines. Who knows, perhaps Olly can enlighten us as to what combine did the harvesting?
hi olly, judt a few things you may did not know, - the 6930 premium weighs about 6300 kg - The TLS suspension should be on max level when the loader is doing work otherwise it will be constantly adapt itself to the loads which causes adiitional wear. - maybe s weight block to reduce spinning the backwheels and take weight of the front. we have one on our 6330 premium because that tractor lifts up 1,7 tons each time we feed the cows
I have a a new holland with a front loader and from past experience , I would advise you to keep the loader low when u have 2 bales or even 1 heavy bale on the front loader , nice vid keep it up
i was working for contractors a couple of years ago on the silage, had a 6145R direct drive. very simple to drive, good transmission, spacious cab and the sound system sounds amazing in the Deeres. i had a Fendt 724 for a few of the days to, loved that aswell though theres less space in the cab and the speakers were terrible. as a functional machine though what can i say. torque for days, fantastic transmission, easy to run along side the forager with the tms stick and amazing build quality.
Looks a very nice tractor I got a puma 160 and it's the same with the load if your doing hevey work put a balste water on the back and it comes to live
I think it’s great being able to have the front loader on the tractor but there’s just a couple of times with those bales I was urging for you to extend the boom 😂 Very smart tractor though Olly 👍
Ollie if your want a bale spike and something to pick your silage bales up get a Mchaul squeezy and get the silage rollers to go onto the spike when picking silage up we use this on all our tractor there light and good
Charlie Brown yep I agree because my dad had a demo of the biggest manitou and he tried lifting 2 bales and the rear end started lifting and we originally had a very small jcb and it could lift almost 3 bales no problem
shauneen henry exactly, we have an old jd tele which has been the best we have had, guess swapping the 6930 was alright but I would have kept or got another JCB
Working in the yard you got rid of a telehandler for this thats strange looks a bit big for yard work 4 wheel drive on the concrete for yard work like you are doing the JCB will beat it hands down don't need a camera on a JCB
Maybe they’re just trying something new, but I think they should kept the JCB make more sense really because they’re still buying two brand new machines
In the new JD R series you have the option in your settings on the computer to change the steering ratio. Can’t remember what it’s called but have a look, basically means a lot less turning of the wheel especially good on a loader tractor
The new John Deere’s you don’t need to hop in and out of the cab to attach and detach the front loader buckets etc you just press a button and it does everything for you!
uhm at the farm I work they have an 6155r and a 6130r ultimate editon both with the larger screen and dutch spec for the rest there almost the same as the 6155r and the 6130r you drove even that the 6155r is older than the 6130r and doesn't have the 'command pro' but the 6130r does
Go on your gps main screen and press the little information icon across the top of the screen and then turn gps off to stop it beeping. I would take your receiver off the roof till you need it as they tend to go walk abouts
Hello olly I love John deere tractors and they never brake down +in this summer I'm learning to drive a tractor I think is the case tractor from David John martyn and can I have a shout out please thanks
One reason the bales are loose is because they were left outside under no cover olly
And they're probably also baled with a fix baler and not a flex one.
Rustan Johansson what’s the difference?
Rustan Johansson between the balers
@@Barlogan The flex baler has belts that makes the bale harder from the begining, while the fix baler has rollers and makes it more loose

please do more first person farming videos i found it very entertaining
hi olly,
judt a few things you may did not know,
- the 6930 premium weighs about 6300 kg

Be funny if the 6930 weighed in at 6930kgs
Can the front TLS be completely turned off like on Fendts? I always turn off the front suspension when doing loader work other then moving bales.
You shouldn’t have got ride of the JCB cos u will have to keep taking it off the feder to fill it up
That is a very cool John Deere tractor
I have a a new holland with a front loader and from past experience , I would advise you to keep the loader low when u have 2 bales or even 1 heavy bale on the front loader , nice vid keep it up
Well the back wheels lifted of the ground and if the bales were a wi bit heavier , there would have been damage done to the loader
Merry Christmas Olly👍🎅
I don’t like your front loader I would of kept the telehanderler
U will miss the telehandler it's a far better tool!
John Hanna but he will get a manitu telehandler
@@simonhallgren5876 why would he change the one he has is fine
And he has the tractor with loader so not much point
Beautiful tractor best of luck with it Olly
That a big tractor 🚜 but she is mint

Hi Olly I couldn't wait for today, you make my day so I just want to say Have A Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year (you deserve it)
Why is there 2 jd loaders
The front tyers won’t last to long
Olly should buy a weightblock for the back.
And he turns on the spot u can hear the tyres begging for mercy lol
Merry Christmas Olly. Have a good one 👍😁
Good looking tractor 😀😀🎄🎄
Looks a very nice tractor
I got a puma 160 and it's the same with the load if your doing hevey work put a balste water on the back and it comes to live

Love the new Deere!! Have a lovely Christmas Olly!!!🎄🎅🎁
Nice video and a nice and good tractor 💪🏻💪🏻
You’ve converted all implements to a euro head tractor bracket will you get a different headstock on the manitou ?
Manitou headstock!
Love the deere
how do u guys feed the cattle now?o u just take a bale and then use a fork?
Ollie if your want a bale spike and something to pick your silage bales up get a Mchaul squeezy and get the silage rollers to go onto the spike when picking silage up we use this on all our tractor there light and good
I wouldn’t have got rid of the jcb, great bit of kit that new manitou won’t lift anything!
Charlie Brown yep I agree because my dad had a demo of the biggest manitou and he tried lifting 2 bales and the rear end started lifting and we originally had a very small jcb and it could lift almost 3 bales no problem
shauneen henry exactly, we have an old jd tele which has been the best we have had, guess swapping the 6930 was alright but I would have kept or got another JCB
shauneen henry idk what manitou telehandlers you have but they can lift alot the farm i work on has two 737’s and it can lift 3-4 bales no problem
shauneen henry yes true, every harvest bringing bales my jcb can hold 3 bales with ease
Leo Dunne they are great, he’ll miss the great vision on the jcb, the 6155 has a great big bonnet in the way makes no sense to me
Make more videos you are such a good and funny guy and I love your videos . I would like you to do more all day videos on the farm
Nice video. I like how people try and tell people whts best. Pay for wht you want him to have, pretty sure he'll use it.
Loving the content ollie keep up the good work
We have a 6130R with a powrquad transmission and it is so smooth and fast, you can really feel the power
Nice video Olly. Merry Christmas to you and family x🎅🌲👍
Nice one Olly. You will soon settle in to its pros and cons, and learn to get the best out of her.

Merry Christmas olly have a good one
Nice video dude 👍
cracking video n love the john deere
Very good video olly
Hi Olly. that is really good
Get a squeezing bale spike for the bale wrap and then take off the covers off the spike and then you can use it as a double bale spike
Good video Olly 👍🏻 Happy Xmas 🙂
love the new tractor
Great vid olly
Marry chrismas olly
You should buy a Mchale bale spike you can get two bales at a time
We use a Ton block on the back 3 point linkage,, don't need it in 4 wheel drive mode then.. Also helps limit the wear on front tyres too..
very nice merry xmas and all the best for 2020 olly
I think having the JD 155 is a good thing because you can feed the cattle and when you are done you can go plowing or something
Hi olly i wish you would take the dome of and put it safe till you need it to meny going missing
Working in the yard you got rid of a telehandler for this thats strange looks a bit big for yard work 4 wheel drive on the concrete for yard work like you are doing the JCB will beat it hands down don't need a camera on a JCB
He also bought a little manitou
Maybe they’re just trying something new, but I think they should kept the JCB make more sense really because they’re still buying two brand new machines
Do a tour in Australia and New Zealand
Do u lock out the front suspension when using the loader? Very sore on it If not
In the new JD R series you have the option in your settings on the computer to change the steering ratio. Can’t remember what it’s called but have a look, basically means a lot less turning of the wheel especially good on a loader tractor
Great video and a merry Xmas to you and your family oh and the new jd 😂😂
The new John Deere’s you don’t need to hop in and out of the cab to attach and detach the front loader buckets etc you just press a button and it does everything for you!
Which ones
Haydn Drew that’s An expensive optional extra when ordering the loader.
1:45 laughs in finnish because valtra n134 has 200 l/min hydralic pump
do you use the clutch while changing direction or is that not needed
You have a fierce awkward way of putting on the pipes 🤷♂️
Nice tractor hooooolllllllyyyy
uhm at the farm I work they have an 6155r and a 6130r ultimate editon both with the larger screen and dutch spec for the rest there almost the same as the 6155r and the 6130r you drove even that the 6155r is older than the 6130r and doesn't have the 'command pro' but the 6130r does
What will the manitous job be because you’ll need to change the brackets again for that or will you get manitou implements for the machine.
What is the second loader for Olly?
You must have a lot of stock to look after to have a tractor like this????
How is the sand school getting on
Hey olly
So what exactly r the builders building?
Love the new tractor!.. is she not green she wont do lol
Why did you change the loader ?
Go on your gps main screen and press the little information icon across the top of the screen and then turn gps off to stop it beeping.
I would take your receiver off the roof till you need it as they tend to go walk abouts
When you going to come visit us in South Africa 🇿🇦?
Haydn Drew where are you in South Africa
Have a great Christmas mate. What year is the 6155r?

You are in a field on the satellite. That's what it sounds like
Hello olly I love John deere tractors and they never brake down +in this summer I'm learning to drive a tractor I think is the case tractor from David John martyn and can I have a shout out please thanks
