Great video Olly. Never knew how a front loader is out on or taken off a tractor. Great insight once again. Love the new style of video quality footage! Can’t wait for the future videos coming up such as cultivating etc.
When you’re taking off the loader leave the Hydraulic Pipes on till last bc when you disconnect the main pins get in the tractor and till the bucket which will raise the loader of the tractor instead backing it bc u will damage the brackets and then take off the pipes.just a little of advice
Hi Olly. We own a 2003 john deere 5620 with a 551 loader on it. We have a 30 head beef cattle farm and 10 hectares of land. And in the almost 17 years we have the tractor the loader came off 2 or 3 times for repairs. I guess its safe to say it isnt really in the way for doing any field work 🤔
Never have seen a Fodoby ? Bucket before , very interesting. You have a great handle on the environment Happenings . Have a nice week ahead . No reply necessary you busy . 😀👍🏾🚜🚜🚜 wish my emoji had a green tractor .
You could put 2 blocks of rubber or plastic on the legs for the loader all the paint gets scratches from being on the ground then when it's back on the tractor it looks bad from the cab you will see what I mean just something I did , like the videos keep up the good work 👍
You should also put a bit of wd40 on the spoil block when you disconnect it as we had one buger up and we where told to do that to keep it all free never had a problem since
hi Olly , your videos are really great ! have you already seen the new 700 Fendt cabin ? the new operating concept FendtOne with 3 monitors looks like a spaceship 😃 I hope you make a video of it . 👍
Yeah farmers really don't care at all about the environment, I've lived out in the country my whole life and the farmers do nothing but push out trees and spray hoards of chemicals, I know because my organic crops get sprayed out every year I now have large high tunnels to grow in because the chemical drift is so bad I can't grow anything outdoors anymore. Even all my trees on my property are dead because of their sprays. The bigger feed lots of cattle have tighter restrictions on run off so all the farmer around here have a bunch of small feed lots on different plots of land so then they don't have to do anything about run off and now all of our cricks and streams are green and look like sewage A farmer here will push out a 100 year old row of trees along the road just so they can extend their field by 20 ft. I am sure there are good farmers out there but I haven't seen on yet. They also complain about environmental systems on machinery and pickups. They even get their pickups re tuned and remove the environmental systems so their new pickups spew black smoke.
Caterpillar have the same type of monitoring system it is limited in what it can do it is a money getting game after they check from HQ the next thing you get is a little man appearing in a van and you are paying none of these systems are for free at the end of the day you pay
City dwellers havant got a clue about the countryside, they hear somthing bad about farming on tv then go on a riot about it,....then start stealing farm animals,..
Hello, I hope everyone enjoyed today’s video, what do we think of the John Deere’s loader detaching?
You should leave a bucket of something on the loader when you take it off so that it is more stable and won't fall over backwards
Great idea or make a old bucket a weight if somkinde
Of some kind
yes i liked the Loder taken off
Damn straight olly that section at the end when you're talking about in season and not importing, top man whole heartedly agree
clever bit of kit they come a long way keep up good work olly
Olly when we are taking the loader off our tractor we put the bucket on then set the loader down
Same
All of our loaders need a weight on when disconnected, one of the buckets/forks
If a person was cynical all the new linking software manufacturers are coming out with could mean that tractors can now be f##ked up remotely.
Great video Olly. Never knew how a front loader is out on or taken off a tractor. Great insight once again. Love the new style of video quality footage! Can’t wait for the future videos coming up such as cultivating etc.
I reckon it took 2 hours to put the loader on and off , judging by how much of the video was skipped
When you’re taking off the loader leave the Hydraulic Pipes on till last bc when you disconnect the main pins get in the tractor and till the bucket which will raise the loader of the tractor instead backing it bc u will damage the brackets and then take off the pipes.just a little of advice
Thanks Oli , keep doing these videos.. does help me a lot learning a lot of things on farm
Great video Olly! Keep up the extravagant work!!

I agree, but it sounds and looks like a lot of work to mount and dismount the loader everytime you dont have to do loader work

Very true farmers get alot of bad press from people that don't know where alot of there food is produced and swiped in from 👍
Let a tool on the frontloader when detaching
Ah you're showing linking up first time - takes me a couple of goes getting my loader linked up to buckets etc - euro brackets also 😕

Really great vid 👍👍
Why would you take the loader off, we have no problem cleaning/ polishing it with it on and doesn’t block you vision to much when on the road carting
You should really have something on your loader when taking it off.
Hello olly
front loader fell into the ground
Hi olley I’ve just seen a John Dere 3050

Hiiii
Why can’t you just keep the Louder on when you move cows with the stock box it dose not hurt and taking the louder on and of is a wast of time
It's just because electric tractors doesn't have enough horse power
Early for once
