(Nissan Frontier) Diagnosing a P0171 - System Too Lean

2000 Nissan Frontier XE 2.4L
Vehicle was brought to me due to the fact it would not complete the Readiness Monitors for SMOG purposes. The only code it had was a P0171 System Too Lean.

What's up brother, according to the software, its only compatible to the Injectronic CJ4LA scantool.

When I bought the scantool 7 to 8 years ago, I never checked the Software cd that came with it, until now. I was surprised to see that it hand few Software programs for this scantool.
