Don't know if it is Norm's sense of humor. I don't like him being snarky. It ruins the show for me. Don't care if they don't like each other. Keep that private.
Norm was probably fed up with Bob's indecisiveness. I don't blame him. It is draining having to re do your work countless times due to a customer changing their mind.
