Guess what's keeping me going with Amy's workouts? The variety! I love not knowing what's coming. I'll be 63 soon and happy I can keep up. I'm almost 77 yrs young. You kicked my butt with these supersets, after being on the rowing machine for a half hour prior doing intervals. I like these supersets, really works on m y strength where it counts. Thank you!

Loved the supersets format. It was a lot of fun! The mountain climbers and pikes were definitely a burner and a fantastic way to end! Loved doing roll-ups too! 🥰
I don’t know what my favorite format is. Probably not supersets, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t make them! Maybe no repeats or pyramids? You asked, so I’m thinking while I lie here on my mat😅
Probably can have less explanation. It shortens the workout to 15 minutes since there is so much talking between each exercise. You could probably just explain it during the set- someone not familiar can pause it if needed. Otherwise it’s a decent workout
