Which homes can be fenced / enclosed for dogs security? I learned that in Summerlin Townhomes can not be fenced in between homes.

All homes in this community are fully fenced block walls. Most townhomes will not have a yard, hence the reason for not being able to have a fence.

I live here. Very safe and clean but watch out for speed traps and stopn sign violation near the entrance.
