My wife and I "won the lottery" of retirement homes. We love our home. We live in a freestanding condominium. The very BEST OF BOTH WORLDS ! Over 3100 sq. feet, 3 bed, 3 full bath + study and south-facing sunroom. two car attached garage. A free standing condo, for those now aware, is structurally a 'single family home' but the condominium covers the common land...so no exterior maintenance. Truly the best of everything.
I can understand your feelings about this. Tiny homes are definitely not for everyone, but I think they can be a good option for some people; especially to get started into the market. What are your thoughts?
@@grahamallenteam I own a tiny home and he was the biggest regret in my life. It ruined my relationship and just because you spend $170,000 on a home doesn’t mean you don’t have to pay that loan back. It just means you’re out $170,000 for a tiny home. You would be better taking that money and putting it towards a real home because nobody wants to take a tiny home off your hands. You know how hard it is to get zoning for plumbing for a tiny home finding a place to put it is damn near impossible. You might as well buy a trailer park home because you have a better chance and you get more bang for bang for your buck! I think telling people to buy tiny homes is stupid. It doesn’t matter if you spend 70,000 you can put that towards a place that’s not 400 fucking square feet try and fart or take a shit with your significant other sitting next to you in a tiny home.
