- Today was our last day magnet fishing in Mississippi. I was able to use my giant magnet to pull multiple things up from the bottom of the river. I found possible stolen car parts and even a GUN! Join us as we spend our day uncovering treasure that we were never supposed to find. #cleanstreammovement

M1 Carbine. Those are handy little rifles. Developed during WW2 to be a better 'pistol'. Something light and easy to carry by troops that didn't need a full size rifle. Worked so well, the Army kept using them right up into Vietnam. And made so many of them, they sold them as 'surplus', about 600,000 of them in the early 60s.

That gun looks like a WW 2 .30 cal Carbine . Rare find - almost all of them had stocks just like that

Our local river just got drained and we found a lot! And there is a RR track in the river that is around 15 feet, that alone is worth a lot I think.

It felt like a year lol. We had some delays getting back on the road bc the bus had some pipes freeze on our way home before Christmas. We didn't know until we were ready to leave out after the 1st. It's fixed and we are back at it now!
