The pistol @ 12:54 is another kit gun, a .36 caliber smooth bore with a swivel barrel, I have the same one bought from Dixie Gun Works in Tennessee, I believe it was called a "Boot Gun", this type of gun was carried by gamblers and kept in their boot.
Well, that was nice I didn’t really hear the name of the shop that bought you. Those gloves with that was very very nice thank you. Something shop for taking care of Blakes hands.❤❤
Hi Lady--that pistol you found is a 4 shot .32 Rim Fire "Pepper Box"--when one pulls the hammer back, a hand will turn the barrel--these were made by Hopkins & Allen just after the Civil War. Good Hunting and the best of Luck--David
Hi Blake good find. you sed to hit you up on what the first gun is. I have the same gun. yes it is a cap and ball gun. I can tell you what it is. it's a Philadelphia derringer 45cal. good job on keeping the water ditch's clean. thank you
Very entertaining as always! Your new nickname should be gunny. Appreciate your knowledge of stuff. It makes the videos so much more interesting. Keep up the good work
I’m wondering if you all found a hidey-hole of someone’s nefarious activities. It looks like the vehicle pieces were cut up. Chop shop remnants? I wonder if the firearms were stolen? I LOVE your videos. I’m always disappointed when I reach the end of your videos. Keep up the good work and the awesome videos coming 🙂
@@blakecantswim my brother use to have a lot of old guns. When he passed away she sold all of them. I had my eye on one of them but didn't get it. You ever seen a gun that's about an inch by an inch? It was so cute. I find one again I'm selling everything to get it. Lololololololol.... stay safe.....
Nice finds..the gun is a ball and cap 50cal I love using black powder. If you find where the words on top of Barrel it'll say made in Italy that is not old the pistols you do find that are 45 Navy Colts they are also will say Italy on top but you guys have been finding a lot of black powder guns and the one with the deer handle that one is a somewhat a Dillinger Style breakdown they never really have a finger guard on those LOL I do 1,600 1700 1840 and do use a lot of black powder guns all different kinds for each era you guys have a merry Christmas and a New Year's
go to a blacksmith he or she can tell you if real or not? the age of that kool gun would be out of site . take care Blake and thank you so much. Keep living the dream:)
Hey Blake have a question for you is there any like good brand names you would recommend when your magnet fishing what brands to get or what brands to stay away from when it comes to gloves when your magnet fiction cuz metal just eats them up
The muzzle loading pistol is more than likely a "kit gun" a reproduction of an original, nothing antique about it, clean it up and look for a manufacturer's name, probably a CVA or a Traditions.
There is a humane place that pick up dead animals is there someone there that’s gonna make a call to pick up that deer"… maybe the police can help you with the phone number that would be nice to get that deer out of the water and into the ground… I wonder who’s going to do it😊
@@blakecantswim you would love it in the uk where i live, they started building a bypass, they have found a roman settlement, and ancient cremation site and burial mound area, all sorts of ANCIENT stuff, but my town is 10 thousand years old (well there has been a human setltlement there for 10k years) so a lot of shit left behind there lol
@cyberash3000 it's crazy to think of all the stuff we are still discovering. I watch lots of documentaries about stuff like that. I'd be exploring all around that place with a metal detector
@@blakecantswim the crazy thing is, the burial charnel pit they found, at first the expertsd said it was impossible that ritual was down by tribes in the very deep south of england, there was no connection with them to our tribe (the setantii) or swamp dwellers as they called us (we where recorded as staying submerged in the swamp water upto our noses to hunt romans for upto 2 days before jumping out and either attacking or dragging them back into the swamp. they never beat us the romans, they made a deal with us, they drained our swamps but didnt attack us they allowed us to stay independant if they could use our port.

@Blake sorry double comments lol- hub says it’s an old musket pistol/ possible civil war/ pirate ish… it is an old one sir
I'm just hoping it's authentic and not a replica
Nice old guns. And I'm glad you know your car parts. I hope you had a good Christmas with your family.
Scoop the deer onto land so it doesn’t pollute the water.
Thank you for your work.

I was thinking the same thing. I mean, the locals already called the bridge "dead hooker bridge" so everything we found was questionable
@14:25 that's a hand made gun right. Wish you show all cleaned up. Dude y'all are too cool.
A friend of mine is going to attempt a restoration on it and find out more information. I'll keep ya up to date

Awesome gun! I’ll ask my husband if he knows more on that gun. It is super old!
@Blake hub says musket old pistol possible civil war/pirate ish
Kyle is going to try a restoration and find out more information on the guns. He thinks they had been in a house fire 🤷♂️
That could be possible.
looks like a old flint lock gun, my brother has a reproduction one ! he gave me a few of the black cylinder caps used for it , i still have them !
Hey Blake have a question for you is there any like good brand names you would recommend when your magnet fishing what brands to get or what brands to stay away from when it comes to gloves when your magnet fiction cuz metal just eats them up
Leather has held up the best so far. We haven't found any gloves that last more than a few weeks yet
Thanks Blake I guess leather it is thank you so much for some advice
Did you also get a new magnet Blake????????😊
To bad you couldn't get them deer out all their doing is polluting the water
What's magnetic on a shotgun shell? The brass is still brass isn't it?
