Hearing the accent I don't think the tour guide is Japanese. At least not a native Japanese. Maybe a naturalized Japanese. She sounds Singaporean or Malaysian. Maybe Thai or Vietnamese.

Sorry for my lack of understanding when I wrote the comment. I assumed they were a citizen since COVID restrictions have been tight in Japan with foreigners and visas, but she could be working abroad (or simply working) as a tour guide for English speakers. Thanks for the info, and have a nice day!

I know the Philippines is a popular destination for Japanese to get English immersion classes.
Maybe they have similar program in other places in Asia.
She could still be Japanese.
Maybe she picked up her accent during her time abroad for other reasons or up bringing.
Statistically speaking, however, I don't think she is Japanese.
I think, when given the choice, I also preferred cooked fish.
And I do know of Japanese people that don't like fish raw. (Watching Japanese TV shows (idols)).
It does seem like they are a small minority in Japan.

Massive props the editing team on this video! I can't imagine how many hours of footage they went through, but the way they put this video together had such a natural flow to it, that it felt like 10 minutes and not 45

Yeah toast was also the last one to stay at Japanese because everyone went back to America and Brodin or the editors was editing the video and toast was first because he dint have that much footage to edit

@@lovemir681 also a lot of it was abstract art that many of them didn't get (Syd mentioned this in one of her vlogs) so it wasn't that entertaining for them. They might have enjoyed it more if they had a tour guide guiding them throughout the exhibits and explaining things but it looks like they were on their own.
