As a Syrian who came to the states right before the revolution began, As Long As The Lemon Trees Grow gave me allllll the emotions. So happy to see people who aren't attached to the country feel the same way!!! Can't wait to read more of her work
I'm currently reading as long as lemon tree grows , I had no idea the author was Syrian. You have no idea how much I love syria , I remember when I was 9th grade student and I was in a school bus and my teachers were talking about war taking place in syria so when I came back home from school , I checked my father's phone and I remember the videos I saw God they ripped my heart and I can't remember how many times I cried because it was so hard to watch and think about what's going on in syria . That was in 2018 BTW and I made a promise to myself that I will definitely visit syria one day . I'm from kashmir it's a place in India, we kashmiris and Syrians share the same pain .May Allah bless beautiful Syrian people and my people ❤❤
The force of my love for Gideon the Ninth is so powerful, my UA-cam app crashed when I clicked to comment. It’s one of my all-time favorites! So unique, so entertaining. Characters I fell in love with. Perfection on my personal scale.
Came here to see this girl telling me 10000 million time again that The Ballad is our mental breakdown. Literally, how one book could make me cry, scream and “why Stephanie, WHYYYY”
AS LONG AS THE LEMON TREES GROW was also one of my favorite books of 2022! The PTSD and grief rep was incredible. So different from anything else I’ve read. I got a BOTM gift of 3 books (although I’m already subscribed) for my birthday and now I really want to read TOMORROW AND TOMORROW AND TOMORROW! 😍 I’m so glad I started watching you in 2022. You’re one of my favorite Booktubers. Happy New Year! 🎉
Just finished "Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow" and I'm SO glad I read it after hearing you talk about it. What an amazing, fascinating and heartbreaking read.
I discovered your book channel earlier this summer when I was in a bit of a rough patch. Your videos were so calming and just felt like a friend chatting to me about books. I have since made my way over to your main channel and get the same experience over there. I feel so glad to have discovered your channel. I honestly think they helped provide a place of solace when I really needed it. I really don’t comment very often in videos - ahh oh my - but I think the fact that I actually kind of feel comfortable commenting goes to show how much what you do brings a sense of community to UA-cam. Anyway, yes. Thank you, I hope you have a wonderful holiday! Oh! And your lipstick-shirt-earring-hairstyle combo in this video is divine and classic and *chefs kiss*
so glad you’ve started reading the locked tomb series! gideon was one of the first books i’ve read in a long time that i actually wanted to continue reading, and has kickstarted my passion for reading more than just fan fiction in my life! i am so excited to hear what you’ll have to say about the rest of the books, since they are amazing in ways that cannot be spoken about properly. happy readings and best of luck in your book journey through 2023!
I started reading the series in February and already re-read them thanks to Nona coming out this year as well. I very rarely re-read books. For me to do so only a few months after I first read them and enjoy them even MORE on the re-read is a first to me. Harrow the Ninth is easily one of the best books I've ever read.
I found your channel this year and I can’t tell you how much I’ve enjoyed your videos. I literally go to sleep listening to them it’s my comfort channel so thank you!
j just DEVOURED once upon a broken heart and the ballad of never after - probably the most fun i’ve had reading all year. you give the best recommendations and i can’t thank you enough for that
cari, thank you so much for sharing your love for books with us every week, i thought i'd never be able to get back into reading bc the burnouts of the pandemic and college, but your videos are really comforting and helped me a lot, i hope you have a lovely birthday, see u soon✨💗

as someone who's been here for a while, i'm just so glad that your channel has grown sm this year alone! you deserve all the recognition that you've received cari!!! 💞
10:20 This part had me wheezing. You are so good at spreading the vibes of the book without spoiling anything, them gestures had me laughing so hard😭✨️
YYYYAAAYYY, just when I was feeling down too, I can't wait to hear you talk about Ballad again, I think it's definitely one of my favourites in 2022, that ending had a SEVERE effect on me.
cari, i found your channel only two days ago, but im so grateful for the comforting videos you put out! every time i want to relax and just watch some youtube, i gravitate towards this channel. ive also gotten such good recs from you. see you next year!
i didn’t like caraval, my fav book was the first one. BUT the way you spoke about The Ballad…i’m so curious and kinda excited to read those 2 books next year. love your reviews!! ❤
I've been subscribed to your channel since last year and I don't usually comment here on UA-cam but I'm so thankful for all your book recs. 90% of the books I've read the past 2 years were books you've reviewed and recommended, and you are just !! the coolest !! the books you've shared have never failed to make me laugh and cry and mostly cry. So excited to see your channel(s!) grow even more next year, your channel is honestly my comfort channel here on the internet 🥺 (Tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow made me weep buckets and I'm so glad I listened to you when you recommended it early this year, truly the best book I've read this 2022!!!)
I am SO pleased to see someone else giving recognition to How High We Go in the Dark - I absolutely adored it and have been recommending it to anyone that will listen.
i just finished reading the ballad last night and when i tell you i was BAWLING my eyes out!! i honestly wasn’t expecting that much from a second book in a series but oh. my. god. and you’re telling me now i have to wait for the next one??? i’m so upset
THANK YOU for recommending books I've never heard of and that weren't only on booktube and tik tok. You are the first booktuber I've found in a while where I was interested in all of your favorite books!
I read Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow after watching your reading wrap up. It’s now one of my favorite books of this year and all time, so thank you ❤️
I just finished listening to Harrow the Ninth as an audiobook and all the confusing parts pay off so well. Seeing everything come together in the end was sooo incredibly satisfying.
You have no idea how happy 8 am seeing that Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow made it to the top of your list! I love and adore that book with my whole heart! I cried my heart out over their friendship and their griefs! Still thinking about them after all the time!
A really amazing way to frame harrow! She is basically a princess and gideon is her knight in shining armor but they hate eachother DEARLY. (Or do they dun dun dun) also Cari, the choice in harrow of ‘third person’ I guess isn’t a new narrative flavor Muir is trying out. No one told me that and it really confused me on my first read, but it makes so much more sense when you realize that Muir is using it /VERY INTENTIONALLY/ and also in HtN if something harrow is doing is weird and we should get it, there’s a reason for that. I can’t wait until you meet Nona!
I haven't read a book in months with all the work I've had for uni. And I haven't kept track of what has been released/ popular/ etc this year. But I'm currently getting really hyped up about a lot of books while binging 'all the best 2022 books' and this video popped up right on time on my feed!
hope you're able to pick a good one once you get a chance to rest! i feel like i barely read at all when i was in college and i literally worked at the uni library :')
I am so glad you love Ballad of Never after as much as me, I love how you talk about it, I feel so similarly. You can definetly feel Stephanie Garber's writing improve with her books, and Ballad being her best written work speaks for that imo. And honestly from the day I finished Ballad, there hasn't been a moment I don't think of Eva and Jack's and the ending omg, also her marketing was brilliant, really kept us hanging with the is she or isn't she gonna release another book. OMG And yes it totally gets better the more you re read it, I had to re-read after that ending and I picked up on so much that I didn't get first time around?? I was shocked at how amazingly its written, SG really planned it through perfectly. Also I think the second time you read it, you just get more of the characters, emotions from Jacks you didn't catch, and the little things he says that truly make you think, and FORESHADOWING OMG it's such a good book honestly
Started reading Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow this morning on a bit of a whim and couldn’t put it down until I finished it a few hours ago. Got me right back into reading after a long slump. Amazing recommendation.
okay literally so stoked that I chose girl who fell beneath the sea for my book club read next month! seems like we have similar taste in books which is AWESOME
I'm still working on a few books this year, but my favorites included The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo, Project Hail Mary, and (also) Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow. Thank you for the recs this year!
How High We Go in The Dark YOU WERE SO RIGHT! It was an incredible book and I want to thank you for the background and you made me interested and I loved it after reading it!!! THANK YOU CARI!!!! Love your recaps - please don’t stop making these videos.
I just finished Gideon the ninth today and I absolutely LOVED it. It's so funny, I loved the dark twisted world, I love the magic. Lesbian necromancers. I can't.
I read How High We Go In The Dark because of you and i cannot stop thinking about it!! It’s one of my favs of the year too, and i really really want to read Our Wives Under The Sea and Tomorrow
It's funny how Cari's best books list always automatically goes to my TBR list. That's how much trust i have on her when it comes to books. Thanks for this Cari. Happy holidays and advance Happy Birthday!
I never normally comment on videos and I am SUFFERING with the flu - however, as soon as you mentioned Gideon and Ninth and I couldn't stop myself. I also read Gideon (and Harrow and Nona) for the first time this year and it has become one of my faverote books of all time. I know Harrow takes a while to get into, but I didn't think anything could get better than Gideon and Harrow ended up knocking it out of the park for me! I hope you have a lovely Christmas and a wonderful birthday :)
One of the few very good things happened to me this year was finding your channels. It was simply finding treasure, so thank you for that 💙✨️ For the last 5 years (uni + work) I barely had read books, although reading books was one of my favorite things before that. I would read a lot. And I was thinking that I was alienated from reading, but your enthusiasm telling them, creating a sort of different realm in your videos, which is lovely, serene, calm and comfortable, made me read books again for these last 2 months. I am reading the books with you now, trying to pace myself with you. I am really happy these days that I could get lost in book worlds. So thank youuuu, happy new year ❤️📚🧣
I've never read Caraval, but your vlog from earlier this year made me read Once Upon a Broken Heart and TBONA. Loved it and had so much fun. Our Wives Under the Sea and Tomorrowx3 were also some of my favorites of the year, and Gideon the Ninth is currently my most anticipated read. Our tastes align so much!
I read Ballad in October and STILL think about that ending almost daily! I'm really not sure how I can survive the wait for book 3, I just need to know Eva and Jacks are going to make it
Ah, you’re the reason I read tomorrow & tomorrow & tomorrow & the ballad series. I cannot wait for the third book 😭 Might I recommend priory of the orange tree! It’s a fantasy book which is the first book of a series & the second book will be coming out in February!!
Hearing you say you’re doing a break down of ACOSF whilst I’ve just started my re-read of the whole series seems like a sign from the universe! Cannot wait for it.
So glad I found your channel in 2022! My top 10 books from 2022 (no order)- 1. House of Earth and Blood 2. Babel 3. Once upon a broken heart 4. Red white and royal blue 5. Song of achilles 6. Malibu rising 7. This is going to hurt 8. Seven husbands of Evelyn Hugo 9. Daughter of the moon goddess 10. Firekeepers daughter Also you can read Once upon a broken heart before caraval and the plot makes sense and you don't feel like something is missing!
Perfect video to end this year ! Merry Christmas Cari... Can't wait to see what 2023 has in store for you ! I'm always happy to watch your videos, they always give me comfort, and I haven't miss a single one in 2 years ! Lots of love from France
I hope this doesn’t make you feel weird but when I read Tomorrowx3 I pictured Sadie to look like you! I know she’s supposed to have olive skin and dark hair, but the image was set in my head before the book described her, haha. So knowing that, I get so much joy seeing that you too really loved the book! It’s my favourite book of 2022 and now my favourite book ever 😍
Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow was THE book for me this year, it completely took me by surprise (I’ve never been into video games either). But it’s one of the most beautiful and heart wrenching and hopeful stories about humans and relationships I’ve ever read, and I haven’t stopped thinking about it since I finished it. SO so good 🥹
Ooh my wishlist is going to be even longer now :D Thank you for all your hard work! I wish you a very merry christmas and a good start into the new year 🧡
wow i didn’t even know you had a main channel! i assumed this was your only one because of all the effort it would take to keep this channel as well as another running haha. your videos never fail to make me laugh, happy holidays cari!
hi! I just wanna let you know I also found you in 2022. You got me through this crazy year. Literally I would fold laundry and listen to you like you were my prof lecturing me on plot lines. One time, I sat with NOTES on house of earth and blood cause I was that confused. Thanks for being awesome!!! :)
Love your breakdown of the books you've loved. I get some good ideas. My favorite fictional works this year was Matt Larkin's three series called "The Eschaton Cycle" which retells the end of the world myths from Greece, Scandinavia and Polynesia by connecting them together and making it more gritty and human. The Ragnarok part was especially good but the Greek prequel is heating up. Also read a lot of good non fiction, especially one called "How Are You Going to Pay For That? Smart Answers to the Stupidest Question In Politics." Have a great Christmas, Cari!
I read Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow because of you and I absolutely loved it! One of my few 5 star reads of the year. Thank you for the recommendation!!! SO happy to see it made it as your top book of the year 🥰
i followed you on your main channel for a few years now but never took the time to check your book channel because i didn't read that much, but now i started getting into books again and i'm so glad i have your channel to look at for recomendations... i love your view on things :)
Woohoo YESSS The Ballad of Never After made it on your favorites list for this year!!! 😍 It's one of my tops for this year too, I absolutely loved and devoured the two books within a month this past autumn! The ending of The Ballad of Never After DESTROYED me for hours after I finished it, I was literally just sitting there on my couch like... 'w-what just happened 🫠 we BETTER get a trilogy!!!' I've never been soo happy to hear that an author is writing a third book lol!😂 Anyways, I started Caraval last month and I have to agree that the writing style is very juvenile compared to her newest stuff, so it's a bit jarring to go from the MASTERPIECE that is The Ballad of Never After to then the first book in Caraval. Nevertheless, I want to finish the first trilogy before the final book in the series is released haha! 🥰💗 Love these year-end videos you always do, Cari... and Merry Christmas! 🎄
Fun fact! Zoulfa the author of As Long As The Lemon Trees Grow mentioned BTS in the acknowledgments, thanking them for the art they provide and how much it helped her! She's hoping the book makes it to Namjoon, and so do I!
Ballad ruined me so much and the worst thing? I was expecting to be ruined because I watched your video first since my copy hadn’t arrived yet AND IT WAS STILL SO HEARTBREAKING. Also mini edit: Daughter of the Moon Goddess was my most recent read and yet somehow trumped almost every book I read this year, so I dont know if you’ve read it but 100% recommend! Merry Xmas and Happy New Year fellow readers! ❤
right?!!! and i've heard such mixed things about that book - it was on a few 'worst books' lists of people who have similar taste so im worried hahaha happy happy new year!
Loveeeed daughter of the moon goddess can't wait to read the next book! It was the first of that genre I gave read because I'm knew to reading. Absolutely loved it
I found your channel last winter as I was looking for book recs and I came across your YA Fantasy rec video and so far I've read so many of those, thank you for being so warm💕
Happy birthday Cari! Have a gorgeous year filled with even more great books and lovely experiences. Your channel has brought me so much joy, your reccomendations are always en pointe and I can’t thank you enough for that
After I finished reading Ballad of Never After, I haven't been able to stop thinking about it. I was not prepared for that cliffhanger, I literally had to re-read it several times to make sure I didn't miss anything 🙃 I don't know how I'll be able to wait another year before reading what happens next.
i just spent the last entire literal day watching your plot explained series, so hearing you’re going to do the next one has me ELATED because i am HOOKED. so much so i may actually read it on my own someday even if just to judge the quality of the smut for myself LMAO amazing job as always. i’ve binged a lot of your other videos since finding you a few days ago and it’s just been a delight especially with how similar our taste and humor seems to be, i think because of how close in age we are. i am absolutely your target audience to say the least lol! it really has me missing my days of reading hundreds of words in a few hours tho so who knows i may just pick up a new book instead of fanfiction in 2023. :)
Oh gosh, I had the same experience. I picked Tomorrow for my BOTM as well and had no idea what I was getting into. But oh. OH. I was blindsided. It was so incredible, and then made me sob like I never have reading a book. A top read of the year for sure.
omg Ballad of Never After completely ruined me. I'm looking forward to reading the books you mentioned that I haven't read yet, your recommendations are always perfect, thank you for doing these videos
Your channel has been so comforting for me ❤️ It’s almost felt like having a book-loving big sister the last couple years. Happy birthday and happy holidays 🥰
I got back into reading this year and rediscovered booktube. I watched some other channels before finding yours, and I'm so happy! I got some recs from you and they were so good! And I think I finally have to read Gideon the ninth
I sincerely wish I had discovered you sooner, you have made every day I watch you so much brighter and I love your reactions to all the books you read. You have given me a whole new list of books to read and I am so grateful I found your channel. Keep up the good work! 💜 ❤️
As someone who read How High We Go in the Dark and didn't really like it that much (and is reading Our Wives Under the Sea now and I LOVE IT), this video was really interesting and fun to watch you explain how much you love these books!! Hope you have a happy new year with lots more amazing reads ^-^
hey you're probably already aware, but your captions block the tw @14:17 and also verbal tw are appreciated for being visually impaired. thank you for the warnings though, it's highly appreciated!
I haven't read "as long as the lemon trees grow" yet but I stumbled upon it through a tiktok that was about testing your reading speed and I was so completely taken by the writing style that it's been incredibly high on my tbr ever since
discovered you in early autumn. I don't read romance and i do not plan to read in either, but the way you talk about the books you read is really funny and engaging. Sooooo... Merry Xmas, Happy New Year and keep reading Cari!
just came here to say how much I love your channel, I've been here since 2020 (with another acc that I unfortunately lost) and your videos are amazing. I'm never bored or sad while watching you so hope you have a great 2023 as well
I'll be excited to see what you think about Harrow the Ninth and Nona the Ninth! Gideon the Ninth and Harrow the Ninth are some of my favorite books I've read pretty much ever...I have very mid feelings on Nona the Ninth but I am still so excited for the last book in the series.
I loved seeing your best of the year list! Definitely changed my mind on some of the books I was on the fence about. My favorite's from this year were Yolk by Mary H. K. Choi, A Monster Calls by Patrick Ness, Outside Over There by Maurice Sendak, Cheese in the Trap by Soonkki, and Half a Soul by Olivia Atwater. Yolk and A Monster Calls in particular are books I think you would enjoy.
I read “tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow because i saw your video talking about it, and i want to thank you because for me it is also the best book i have read this year
I felt that GIRL was a bit of rushed at the end part that's why it didn't quite make it to my top 2022 favorites but I really enjoyed reading it. I am also hoping to read some of your 2022 faves next year!
Hey! I've been watching your books videos for a while and really enjoy them!!! And just sth random here but I love how you don't cover up or put the page side of the books on the thumbnail or try to hide what kind of books you read until that timestamp for clickbait. It annoys me sometimes that people try to hide what they read in order to lure ppl in (just my preference) because i want to know what they read and click the video to hear their thoughts! I always love hearing about the books that you've read! I think my favorite book of the year is Second Sister by Chan ho kei it's a crime thriller novel and I devoured it in just a few hours.
I got Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow for my birthday from my husband and it was my absolute favorite book of the year, maybe one of my all time faves. When I tell you I SOBBED 😭
Thank you for all the book tips! I only read like one or two books in 2022 that I wold rekommend. But now I have like a TON of books to look forward to read (if I can handle the dark ones). ❤️❤️
i’m so glad i found you in 2022, this channel has always been a comforting chaos to me 💗
thank you :''')

I read Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow after watching your reading wrap up. It’s now one of my favorite books of this year and all time, so thank you ❤️

No one told me that and it really confused me on my first read, but it makes so much more sense when you realize that Muir is using it /VERY INTENTIONALLY/ and also in HtN if something harrow is doing is weird and we should get it, there’s a reason for that.
I can’t wait until you meet Nona!
Happy holidays!! Ballad of never after made me anxious, happy, sad, stressed, angry, that's just a brilliant thing for a book to me lol I loved it
I haven't read a book in months with all the work I've had for uni.
Honestly, same! I can't wait to read something that isn't a scientific paper 🥲
RIGHT?! i cant wait for the next book, i think about it daily hahaha
Started reading Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow this morning on a bit of a whim and couldn’t put it down until I finished it a few hours ago. Got me right back into reading after a long slump. Amazing recommendation.
okay literally so stoked that I chose girl who fell beneath the sea for my book club read next month! seems like we have similar taste in books which is AWESOME
i hope you love it! im planning to read lessons in chem today muhahah
@@caricanread AHHHHHHHH updates pls!!!
I'm still working on a few books this year, but my favorites included The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo, Project Hail Mary, and (also) Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow. Thank you for the recs this year!
loved project hail mary!!!
I hope you have a lovely Christmas and a wonderful birthday :)
yesss i’m so excited to see under the sea getting praise, definitely my favorite book this year 💕
One of the few very good things happened to me this year was finding your channels. So thank youuuu, happy new year ❤️📚🧣
Tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow from your description seems like LITRPG. That’s my favorite genre. It’s new but it’s thriving!
I just love your enthusiasm for all these books! It's contagious and makes me want to go get all these books now
I read Ballad in October and STILL think about that ending almost daily! I'm really not sure how I can survive the wait for book 3, I just need to know Eva and Jacks are going to make it
So glad you loved Gideon, it was one of my favorites of last year!!
I was literally just thinking to myself that I would love to see Cari's top books of 2022 and 54 seconds later this video came out lol
i've got you!!!
Cari is back to lighten up our day 😭💗
💗💗💗
gideon the ninth is my favorite book and the locked tomb is my favorite book series so seeing it featured on here makes me so excited ahhhh :))
Ah, you’re the reason I read tomorrow & tomorrow & tomorrow & the ballad series. I cannot wait for the third book 😭
Might I recommend priory of the orange tree!
My top 10 books from 2022 (no order)-
1. House of Earth and Blood
2. Babel
3. Once upon a broken heart
4. Red white and royal blue
5. Song of achilles
6. Malibu rising
7. This is going to hurt
8. Seven husbands of Evelyn Hugo
9. Daughter of the moon goddess
10. Firekeepers daughter
Also you can read Once upon a broken heart before caraval and the plot makes sense and you don't feel like something is missing!
Perfect video to end this year ! Merry Christmas Cari... Can't wait to see what 2023 has in store for you ! I'm always happy to watch your videos, they always give me comfort, and I haven't miss a single one in 2 years !
Lots of love from France
merry christmas and happy new year!! 💗💗💗
I can’t believe it’s almost 3 years of your book channel! Congratulations Cari!💗 also happy birthday for next week!🎊🥳
thank you!!!
I wish you a very merry christmas and a good start into the new year 🧡
the best problem to have! hahah and happy new year!
wow i didn’t even know you had a main channel! i assumed this was your only one because of all the effort it would take to keep this channel as well as another running haha. your videos never fail to make me laugh, happy holidays cari!
I wasn't sure about what to read during Christmas break. You sure gave me a list! Merry Christmas and happy birthday Cari :)
I read Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow because of you and I absolutely loved it! One of my few 5 star reads of the year. Thank you for the recommendation!!! SO happy to see it made it as your top book of the year 🥰
yessss that makes me so happy!!!
i followed you on your main channel for a few years now but never took the time to check your book channel because i didn't read that much, but now i started getting into books again and i'm so glad i have your channel to look at for recomendations... i love your view on things :)
yes!! its so nice seeing an author evolve hahah merry christmas to youuuu!
Absolutely loved it
I’m one who didn’t care for Daughter. Gave it one star. Lol
I found your channel last winter as I was looking for book recs and I came across your YA Fantasy rec video and so far I've read so many of those, thank you for being so warm💕
Yesssss, I literally didn't know what readings to start my year with 🙆🏽♀️ thanks!
yeeeeee!!
I was not prepared for that cliffhanger, I literally had to re-read it several times to make sure I didn't miss anything 🙃 I don't know how I'll be able to wait another year before reading what happens next.
right!?!?!?!?!
same girl same😭😭
i’m reading the girl who fell beneath the sea rn and i’m loving it so far im so glad you included it in here
i just spent the last entire literal day watching your plot explained series, so hearing you’re going to do the next one has me ELATED because i am HOOKED. so much so i may actually read it on my own someday even if just to judge the quality of the smut for myself LMAO amazing job as always. i’ve binged a lot of your other videos since finding you a few days ago and it’s just been a delight especially with how similar our taste and humor seems to be, i think because of how close in age we are. i am absolutely your target audience to say the least lol! it really has me missing my days of reading hundreds of words in a few hours tho so who knows i may just pick up a new book instead of fanfiction in 2023. :)
Oh gosh, I had the same experience. I picked Tomorrow for my BOTM as well and had no idea what I was getting into. But oh. OH. I was blindsided. It was so incredible, and then made me sob like I never have reading a book. A top read of the year for sure.
the lip product you’re wearing matches your hair/skin/eye color soooo well !
omg Ballad of Never After completely ruined me.
And I am so sad that you don’t have more views. You really deserve more attention than you get, since you are amazing 🤩
The cliff hanger at the end of The Ballad Of Never After killed me! I am still waiting for the third book to come out at the library.
This channel was the best find of 2022!!! hope you have a great birthday!! 🥳 AND my TBR continues to grow lol
thank you so much!! happy new year
just came here to say how much I love your channel, I've been here since 2020 (with another acc that I unfortunately lost) and your videos are amazing. I'm never bored or sad while watching you so hope you have a great 2023 as well
We’re happier to be here for you and your content! Thank you for sharing your thoughts and love for books with us 💕
tomorrow x3 broke me in the best way and i’m so happy to see it getting love 😭
my favorite series of the year was 100% the aurora cycle, it definitely made me laugh as well as cry the most✨ happy holidays cari!!
I felt the same way with Nona, but I think after Alecto I'll like it more
omg my school got The Girl Who Fell Beneath the Sea as a new book and i adored it!!!! highly recommend for a beautiful, fantastical romance
I think my favorite book of the year is Second Sister by Chan ho kei it's a crime thriller novel and I devoured it in just a few hours.
gonna read As long as the lemon trees grow. Thank you for recommending Cari.
happy holidays! just realized how many of these books i read bc of ur reviews this year!
omg yay :') and happy new year!
I got Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow for my birthday from my husband and it was my absolute favorite book of the year, maybe one of my all time faves. When I tell you I SOBBED 😭
omg im so glad (not that you sobbed but, you know hahhaha)
Half way thru the audible of this book.
Thank you for all the book tips! I only read like one or two books in 2022 that I wold rekommend. But now I have like a TON of books to look forward to read (if I can handle the dark ones). ❤️❤️
That's wild that you only started in 2020!! I feel like I've been watching you for a while! 😍 Congratulations!! X
