Yes, myoglobin exhibit tertiary structure. Insulin has two polypeptide chains but it does not have quaternary structure. In quaternary structure, the bond involved is primarily non- covalent bond. In insulin two chains are connected by disulfide bond which is a covalent bond.
Sir How Can Insulin Have a Primary level of organization. It have two polypeptides having 21 and 30 Amino Acids. It Must Have a Quaternary Structure. Primary Structure is all about Single Polypeptide .Sir Plz Answer?
Thanks soooooooo much sir literally you are a gift from God to students Don’t know how to thanks to u but always praying for u
Thank you sir I must say
You're the best teacher of biochemistry again thank you so much sirr
how beautiful is technology and internet? anyone can access this golden information from anywhere in the world. Thank you sir.
Sir i am from Pakistan... You are a gift for medical students... Keep it up... Sir
I was a confused boy roaming through this unknown land of biochemistry. But after I found you my life has changed for the better.
Sir... You are truely a good teacher🤗! Thank you for your service! I can understand better..! Thanks for teaching us🙏

Thank you so much sir. Just found your channel and I've never been more grateful ❤❤❤❤ Good work sir
Thanks dear 🙏
Sir, the intrachain disulfide bond you drew on the b chain of insulin is supposed to be on the A chain.
Lot of struggle sir 😗💕💞❣
Mark my words sir is the concept clearing master
My favorite sir🥳🥳.. Your way of explaining is awesome..
Thank you Sir. Your lectures are best for MCQs.

It is a branched polypeptide with active primary structure

Good information
Sir in some of the reference books it is written that the first and the last peptide bond don't make Hydrogen bonds
Tnx a lot.. Sir🤗🤗
It is so helpful
Thank u sooo much sir🙏❤️
Best sir👍👍
Sir g yeh Jo disulfide bond hota hai yeh Sirf tertiary structure main paya jata hai na 🤔 ya primary structure main bhi hota hai?
Also In primary structure
Thank you so much Sir🙏🏼
Sir aapne myoglobin alpha helix mein bhi kaha aa and tertiary structure mein bhi
Sir 8:54 shouldnt it be A chain(intradisulphide bond)?
Yup vasudevan mein A chain h

Thank you ❤
Myoglobin is example of alpha helix or tertiary structure? You took it in both
10:10 Where is angle? For angle to be formed there should be 3 points or 2 lines. Do these C alpha and N denote lines?
Kamal
Very nice class
Salute to you,
Thank you sir😊
Is myoglobin example of tertiary structure?
Yes
Thank you so much sir!!
Is it enough to say that further folding of primary structure leads to secondary structure....
Folding of primary structure into helices or sheets(steric relationship of amino acids)
Folding into geometrically ordered unit
Sir Can u do a video on bioenergetics
Thank you soo much sir.....
Thankuu so much ....🙏🙏sir🙏🙏
Thank you sir your need at right time
Sir what is the best book to use in biochemistry
