HELLO, I AM PHASE ONE MED STUDENT FROM TURKEY AND I UNDERSTOOD NOTHING IN CLASS, I JUST WANNA SAY THAT U MADE ME UNDERSTAND EVERTHING PERFECTLY CLEAR AND I DONT KNOW HOW TO THANK SO JUST THANK U MILLION TIMES ❤

While explaining tyrosine you said tryptophan while hydroxylated becomes tyrosine is it correct doctor but you are my gurú the. Ultímate hero of my life ❤
AAMC wants its examinees to know the structures, classification, chemistry, and one- and three-letter codes for all 20 proteinogenic amino acids. AAMC, going by what Medicosis says, "hates its mother"!
He uses apple notes and apple pencil to make the notes. Then he uses a digital board so that, he can teach the notes out loud. He records it as he teaches. It's fascinating, my botany teacher used to do the same.
Hi, i'm a medical stu and a lovin follower from egypt, i love ur videos so much I had a q for a while now, why (cirrhotic, nephrotic, chf) are considered causes of hypotonic fluid gain (or hypotonic gain of sodium) i can't figuer what is the mechanism, propaply related to the presence of edema, but not sure how, could u please explain this?
@@MedicosisPerfectionalis honored by your reply Mr I actually had this q just right after finishing this video, to be more clear, if u say there's fluid loss in diarrhea i'm actually seenig the fluid getting out of the body (being lost) But when we say hypotonic fluid gain in (cirrhotic nephrotic chf) im not getting when and where did the body gain this fluid
Patients with cirrhosis, nephrotic syndrome, and CHF have edema (transudate which is hypotonic fluid) [via different mechanisms for each disease ] e.g. in nephrotic syndrome, there is loss of albumin.
