    Warm-up - Pull-ups, Pulldowns, Band Work
    1. Old School T-Bar Rows (07:26) - 7 Sets X To Failure, Pyramid up in Weight
    2. T-Bar Rows (10:38) - (1 Warmup Set) 3x8-10 Pyramid up in Weight
    3. One Arm Dumbbell Rows (12:10) - (1 Warmup Set) 3 Sets X To Failure
    4. Wide Grip Pulldowns (17:05) - 3x12
    5. Reverse Grip Cable Rows (17:19) - 3x10 (Squeeze Each Rep)
    6. Hyperextensions (17:46) - 4x12

    I would kill for this setup, having my own gym in a huge warehouse like area, spread out, blast music, supplement table, in-gym closet with gym clothes. Goddamn that is awesome

    Seth I love watching your shows on utube .You are having fun and your schooling is great ,l'm learning tons .Yes ,I push hard and pull hard ,I do volume training ,it works for me ,I'm 61 yrs., old and working out for me is my release .l love the pump and like you said ,I like to look good naked .thank God ,for you .

    I always look up a Seth workout when I want to go hard. I did this with minimal rest periods and it was one of the best workouts I can remember and in about an hour fifteen. Thanks boss.

    Very similar back workout to what I do.
    And i agree, pull-ups are king.
    During 2020 i did 100 pull ups 3-4 times per week and my strength and density in the back exploded.

    I am a Hobby Bodybuilder since 6 years now. Some people say i got a decent Back, and the the first 3 Exercises that Seth listed here are a MUST. If you cant do One are DB Rows do them seated on the Vertical Row maschine.

    I always start my back workouts with bent over cable raises to warm up the upper back rear delts and scapula. Also gives me a pump before I even use my biceps for my back workout. You should try it.

    What you said about how you look in the gym is so true. I’m not too worried about it, but I definitely have certain gym clothes that I prefer wearing, and think I look good in. This does make a big difference. Confidence is huge when working out. I like to wear a t shirt with the sleeves cut off. I guess i’m old school, but I think it looks good!

    I definitely feel my hams more from deadlifts, a little in my lower back but mostly in my legs and not having access to machines i rely on deads and hip hinges for ham and glutes
