Wild enough I’m about to jump on the chicken and rice here this week ,had used the keto base to loose some fat and it worked well for me at least Been in the gym for 8 months now and feel a bit more conditioned ,so now I need to switch to a stricter diet Thank you man

if you're tired on plain rice get some sushi rice and rice vinegar. it adds a lot of flavor and sort of sweetens your rice. 1-2 cups of sushi rice + 6-8oz of ground chicken breast, mix it all together and that is literally the perfect meal.

I had the same problem with red meat. But i use ground beef mostly, mixed with some cabbage, paprika and cayenne pepper... its easy to digest...but thats just me.

I put salad in a meal prep container, add organic black beans, can salmon from sams, salt free seasoning and low fat dressing. Eat that about for times a day, you can replace the fish with chicken or steak of you get bored. Pretty simple and can add different dressing to mix it up.

As a kid (11-13) I lived in Singapore. There was a dish made at most Hawker stands (centers) there called Chicken Rice. It was the best tasting chicken and rice dish ever. If you ever get the chance to eat an authentically made Chicken Rice dish - don't hesitate.
