So next time you see a picture online, in a magazine or the media you'll know that it's nearly always posed. Perfect does not exist and whats beautiful is that we are all unique and imperfectly perfect!

i'm so glad you made this video. i'm not a model but i post photos on social media and everyone asks how my waist is so small/butt is big, or the say it's photoshop. it's my body shape but it's also my posing aka making my waist look much skinnier. i don't photoshop my pictures but i try to explain that it's posing and no one listens. i'm gonna link this video the next time anyone says something

Honestly such a huge inspiration to men and women alike. Ive always been self conscious having been bullied for being chubby and not having abs and muscles but you’ve taught me to love my body for what it is not what others want it to be.
i just wanna throw something out there as a man. i love your message its so amazing, one side note id like to add is body hair. both men and women but mostly women u dont need to lazer every little hair off of your entire body. if you do it to make yourself feel sexier or more confident thats fine but as a man i dont need to feel like im touching a plastic toy. we have hair we trim we groom but it exists never be ashamed of it a little arm hair or hair down below is more than ok sometimes its preferred. we are beautiful the way we are made. embrace it b4 we lose sight of wat makes us human.

Yes there's a stigma against body hair, but by sexulising it isn't going to help the issue. It's only going to make it worse and make women feel uncomfortable and pressured to fit your standard of beauty. ~
All forms of body hair or lack off are beautiful, preferences aside.

Absolutely! I'm so inspired by her. Lots of plus size models are downright morbidly obese. I'm obese too(but I'm trying to lose 80 pounds) body acceptance shouldn't be about encouraging staying in the same unhealthy body. I really like this model

I almost cried watching this because I always torcher myself with perfect body Instagram images and hate my body for it not being skinny enough of just every corner of it as a flaw but the images we are idolizing are not even real and natural bodies dont look like that.

I remember going on the aerie website a few years ago to check out the new swimwear for the season, and I saw you and all the untouched photos and I literally sobbed.
