Michigan River Fishing SMALLMOUTH with Crayfish!

- Ben, Ellie and I head back to Michigan to go and do some fishing. We meet up with are friends and go to the Grand River in Ada, where we catch some crayfish and have a friendly competition. Live bait vs. fake bait.

This video puts a big smile on my face. I haven't got the chance to do any summer fishing this year so I am glad others have the chance to do so right now. Hopefully, I can get out and do some ice fishing this winter. Growing up, I did a lot of bass and walleye fishing out on some smaller lakes and rivers so this bass fishing is right up my alley. We used to do this Ritz cracker/egg wash with bass fillets that was out of this world! Anyways, I am glad you guys had the chance to head back up to Michigan, go back to your roots, and do some fishing. I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy and I will look out for the next video!

My state and many others have outlawed the use of live crawdads in order to halt the spread of invasive rusty crayfish!
Crayfish cant be used on Michigan Wisconsin boundary waters!! Thank you so much for that reminder!! It's never good to transfer bait from one body of water to another, that's how invasive species spread!

however I realize that you arrived from hell (FL in summer). I guress its all relative ,but I'd get that o-ring and coolant replaced, R24 coolant is not .....too...... steeply priced. Comfort is of great value, it also increases driving range of crew by a considerable amount.
