    larosa you should upload a video on how to strengthen your fingers for full planche variations with two fingers or thumbs, because almost no one talks about that topic or many people do not know how to train them due to lack of knowledge, please do it❤

    Io volevo comprare il tuo programma di calisthenics ma non ho capito una cosa ovvero una volta che l'ho comprato con postepay come faccio ad avere il programma?

      Se fai un ordine usando il metodo di pagamento postepay riceverai una email con i dati per eseguire il pagamento. (Una volta ricevuti i dati il pagamento puoi eseguirlo recandoti alla posta o usando l’app di postepay)
      Una volta eseguito il pagamento ti basterà inviare una email a payments@andrealarosa.fit con foto o screenshot del pagamento completato e appena possibile ti verrà abilitato il download della scheda comprata.
      Se non vuoi eseguire tutto questo procedimento puoi scegliere il metodo di pagamento Paypal e potrai scaricare subito la scheda sul tuo smartphone.

    I usually use a dip belt for my weighted exercises and have never done any skills with added weight, so this might be a misguided question, but it seems like for front lever the weight distribution with a high vest like this seems like it should actually make the leverage a little bit easier rather than harder? Then again your scaps have to work harder to stay in a good position, so I really don’t know. Of course the grip is also an issue with a long-ish routine like that, and that definitely gets harder with added weight. This is not meant to be an attack, you are an absolute beast, it’s just a genuine question because I haven’t tried this before.

      You are right, with the weight on the upper body you need to "lean" less

    Just do what you can! It's better than nothing. If you can't get 100, then 80 is fine. It's mental at that point. Being low energy from overworking sucks but it's probably gonna happen from time to time.
