You're right... sometimes it's not you... its the product & the different brands. They all bring something different to the table but it ain't always what you want lol. The core powder is easier to work with for beginners. It takes longer to completely set which gives you more time to manipulate. The other kind they sell is the speed powder which sets quicker.

I have that same acrylic kit from YN. I purchased it last year though. I love how YN monomer isn’t as strong as other monomers like Mia Secret & NotPolish.
Right! That Mia Secret will take you out! Lol I haven’t ever tried Not Polish monomer && from the sound of it I won’t be. I might try their gel polishes eventually though.
You can also use swipe for whenyou are using hard builder gel to make it easier to apply.

Place your brush in warm with a little non harsh dish soap ( not hot) for a bit. It. The brush has a substance on them when they are made. Massage the bristles down ward and gently spread the bristles to remove the substance. Do not use acetone. It is not suggested becUse it can ultimately dry your bristles and damage.
Ok thank you because I had no idea what was going on && I didn’t want to mess the brush up.
You might have to repeat several times( dont fret) Young Nails stand behind their product so if you exhaust my suggestion i would contact them ( video you process) you might have a dud.
I hve had brushes before that i had to do this to because the substance was being stubborn and took awhile to get off.
@@illeannaknapp8603 I will do that for sure. I was excited about that brush so I have to get it in working condition.
So i dont use nail forms either but…. I have see People use ONE form and place under tip after you apply it to your natural nail so you can choose the length you want and cut tip at what ever line you want so all lengths will be perfectly even! You only need one form to measure all fingers!
I have to be able to demonstrate an acrylic application using a form at state board so I will practice with these. I’ve seen people use them && creating all the different shapes.
